I have only good things to say about Taylor Made. Everyone I talked to was informative and not pushy. I combined my mom’s wedding and engagement ring with my engagement ring. They worked with me to figure out what would work best and got it done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!!

This place is just phenomenal! Kind of unique to see a business with so many 5-star ratings before I went, so I figured I had to go see what the hype is about. Without a doubt, the reviews are warranted! First off, it's a beautiful store. In the present time with online shopping and such, I'm kind of used to jewelry stores having a musty, dated feel and that just isn't the case here. The lights and the vibes are as bright as the smiles on everyone's faces. They happened to be a bit busy but were quick to let me know they saw me and would be over to help as soon as possible. I was assisted by Adam, who made everything a breeze. I'd brought in a somewhat sentimental yellow gold piece that I've owned for a long time, but at one point over the years made the unfortunate decision to rhodium plate (when white gold was super IN). I was so nervous that they'd just tell me it was a lost cause but I don't think that's who these folks are - it was just "of course we'll figure it out!" and they did! I don't even have my piece back yet but I'm not even worried, I have full confidence that I'll be crying tears of joy when they hand it back to me looking like the day I got it. I was stressed about the cost of the work too and I even left feeling relieved about that! Won't be going anywhere else for jewelry stuff as long as I'm living in Akron!!

This place was top notch! First off, it's a family owned and run small business which is important to me. They carry unique jewelry, much different than what we saw in big box stores. Lots of hand-crafting and specialty pieces. The selection is great. We were assisted by Tony who guided us in purchasing a replacement for my husband's lost wedding ring. He spent time getting to know us and what our activities and tastes were to help us pick just the right band. We were both absolutely thrilled with the one we picked out. It had to be ordered but it arrived so quickly and is a work of art. The staff really treats you like royalty in there. We left feeling great about our purchase and will definitely be going here for any future jewelry needs!

I recently got some nice rings from my late grandmother. I found this store recommended on Reddit so figured I'd take a ring down and have them resize it for me so I could wear her jewelry. I just got my first ring back (Australian opal, indicolite and diamond set on 14k white gold) and they did an amazing job. I didn't know my ring size for sure so the gentleman who helped me sized my finger for me, gave me a quote to do the resizing, rhodium treatment and cleaning, and then had the actual service done in less time than they told me. Super happy with the way my ring looks and will definitely be bringing more back to them!

I worked with Jim and Todd to design my 25th wedding anniversary gift from my husband. Started the process with an idea, Jim drew a picture based on my idea, and then a CAD design followed, which I loved, of course. Next, four baguette diamonds were matched to complement the radiant cut center stone, the stones were set, and the ring was polished. Completion took 6 weeks. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The entire process was smooth and enjoyable! Highly, highly recommended Jim, Todd, and the entire Taylor Made Jewelry staff.

My repair looks better than I could have ever wanted and hoped. After losing my diamond out of my engagement ring they took complete care of my ring (and myself) and assured me it would be repaired. They gave multiple options, were within the time frame, and made it look brand new!!

My wife and cannot be more pleased with TaylorMade. I initially purchased my wife’s wedding/engagement ring and Todd designed it. My wife was beyond pleased and has been so for the past 9 years. We have moved out of state to Florida and each/every jewelry store she has had it cleaned or rhodium plated, have either mentioned that it is gorgeous and thought brand new or wanted to buy it. My wife has been wanting to keep the original engagement ring and the 2 wedding bands. Todd again was able to go above and beyond with a new engagement/wedding Diamond ring and use the previous 2 front/back bands fit into the new main ring. While also making the original engagement ring amazing. We are extremely grateful and thankful for the amazing customer service and the quality is above and beyond.

Always an amazing experience and everyone is friendly and helpful. Had custom pendant made from my Mothers old ring and it turned out perfect! Also got my engagement ring and wedding bands from there, anytime I drive past I get my rings cleaned as well. Nothing bad to say! 100 percent would recommend.

My husband bought my bridal set at Taylor Made in 2015 and we’ve gone to them for any jewelry needs ever since. Our most recent visit this month, just like every one before it, was met with friendly and helpful service. Every person I’ve interacted with at Taylor Made has been patient and made sure to give me the time and attention I needed; as well as make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and was happy with my purchase. I’ve never felt rushed or unwelcome. Not only is the service consistently great but the jewelry quality is amazing and I love the local family run feel. It’s a much better experience than going into a big box jeweler where everything is cookie cutter and sold in mass quantities.

Taylor Jewelers repaired a ring for my wife which she inherited from her mother. The ring was over 100 years old and needed repairs, sizing and cleaning. My wife and I were so excited. The ring probably didn't look that good when it was new😀. The staff and Taylors treated it like it was their own.
