Would have got 5 star, but they didn't put my order in for my CT scan. Fortunately there was this lady with pinkish red colored hair that actually got me a CT scan with in a 15 min wait. Thank you whoever you are. She deserves 200 stars.

Everyone was super nice, welcoming, and accommodating. Dr. Perkins was very clear and reassuring. I am very thankful for not having had my surgery cancelled in the end and thank everyone who helped preserve the original date. I felt comfortable and trusting. Healing at home now and looking forward to seeing you next week for the follow-up.

I just called to schedule an appointment and can't tell you how enjoyable the experience was. Cynthia was amazing and really helped find me a convenient appointment time and made the call easy and just overall enjoyable. I had a smile on my face once I hung up the phone. Awesome job!

I was aggravated I had to wait 25 minutes for my appointment with PA Jess. I checked in online the day before so there was no reason for delay. I must admit that when I don’t feel well I’m crankier than normal. That being said Jess was worth the wait. Knowledgeable, efficient and super friendly. Learned new facts about my bi-annual sinus infections. (seasonal/allergy induced of course!)

Yes, the doctor was amazing. Very helpful such a difference from my previous doctor who didn’t do any of the tests that she did. I definitely would recommend her to anyone I speak to. It was just hard to get in initially it took three months. I look forward to seeing her again. Amazing and everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful.

Tremendously nice staff, however the administration keeps admitting new patients to the same location to get allergy shots and now the average wait time for what should be >10 minute is an hour to 2 hours of waiting. They advertise it being very streamlined but thats not the case at all. I've missed my shots because I had to leave before they called me because I don't have 2 free hours to spend in a waiting room once a week. If you are getting allergy shots, go somewhere else

My wife's experience was great at the ENT Urgent Care. The wait was short, the check in and check out went smoothly and Donna did a very thorough job in diagnosing her condition. She took her time, answered all her questions, and was very helpful.

From the lovely people who answer the phones to the receptionists and the medical staff, I was highly impressed by how welcoming and professional they were. Brianna and Michael, the PAs were knowledgeable and very helpful. I was very pleased with my visits. I highly recommend Albany ENT.

This was a great urgent care experience. I registered at 0830, was seen 45 minutes later and was checking out by 0950. It was very smooth and the care I received was solid. A great option for those with allergy and sinus issues that need urgent care.

My visit to the ENT urgent care was seamless.The waiting room was a Bit full, but not overly so. The little sign outside the door said it would be one hour approximately. They were right on. The lady behind the desk was so pleasant to everybody. I got called in. I saw Ruth the physician assistant and she took great care of me. I was at home with my antibiotic filled within an hour and a half of arriving at your facility. I’m so grateful You are here in our community

My overall experience with Albany ENT has been great. Generally short wait times and polite office staff are the norm. All of the ENT PA’s I saw were helpful and attentive, and speech pathologist Nicole Rose put a PT homework plan together for me which helped almost right away.

I was very pleased with Dr Hughes. He explained everything he was doing and finding. The office was very comfortable although the wait was very long. But given the staffing shortage everyone was very understanding.

Robyn DeStefano is the best medical professional I’ve ever had the pleasure of being seen by in my adult life. Her patience, consideration, thoroughness, and professionalism were a breathe of fresh air when it came to seeing a medical professional in the Capital Region. She was more concerned about answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns than simply adhering to the forms on her screen. Engaging with this practice is unquestionably the best decision prioritizing my health that I have ever made.

I never leave reviews, but Jeff was awesome and I had to say something. He was very educated, he took his time and explained everything that he was doing. I had a lot of pain in my ear and had to visit twice. This guy was fantastic both times. Thank you, Jeff! - JC

After waiting for an hour and a half I saw Jeffrey Spencer. He was very nice and tried not to cause more pain for me but he had to in order to get the puss out of the abscess in my nose. It was very painful in between the sneezes. It took about 30 minutes to clean it out and scope the both nostrils. He was very nice even though it hurt. I knew that when he was done the pain would ease up and it did.

I was seen on time for my appointment and Robyn couldn't have been more helpful. She is caring, smart, professional, and never in a hurry to hear what I have to say. She comes up with good suggestions for my care and uses her expertise and experiance for my benefit. I always leave satisfied with my visit.
