OMG,,,, I came here to get some care for my daughter and I MUST stress from the time I walked in to the attending nurse this place give me not only great service but I felt so welcomed here they are quick and accurate. My daughter allergies was so so bad and the attention I received I’m blown away. ((( so much attention and professional service))))))Please come in to experience what I did. I will be coming here for all my needs. They are GREAT with kids. I felt like I was in a different place and not Beaumont.keep up the amazing job guys

From check-in to the patient room, the staff was very pleasant, professional and attentive to my needs. I was released within 35 min of my arrival after my X-rays were reviewed and a follow-up determined. I recommend Eastex Urgent Care to anyone seeking empathetic & excellent care.🥰

This is the most efficient, well run urgent care we have ever been to! Heather and her crew got us in and out after my son sprained his hand! The decor is great too! We even got a balloon when we left!!!

Update: At a friend’s recommendation, we tried them again. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience this time. Jennifer was a phenomenal provider. My daughter was seen today. After waiting over an hour, the provider was indifferent and no help whatsoever. He spent hardly any time with her at all. Blew off all of her symptoms and told her “it was probably fine.” Completely indifferent and uncaring. Won’t be back and can’t recommend at all.

First Visit: Very friendly & helpful staff! Awesome with kids which was a huge relief as the visit was for my 3 year old. Although he was irritable the entire time they were very patient with him. Bonus: The balloons & lollipops at the end of our visit were a sweet touch & won him over.

Came into the urgent care today. I was treated almost immediately. Swabbed for flu and strep and got the results within 4 minutes! Kimberly took great care of me and had me in and out to the pharmacy in no time! Very clean/modern clinic! Will definitely be back!

Absolutely the best urgent care there is the people that work here are so professional and sweet and they actually care about you and listen to everything, and fast I got In so quick. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the front desk and welcomed. Very clean, bright and cheerful surroundings! Triage by Danielle, who was very efficient. Dr answered all my questions and listened to what I had to say. Will definitely be back if needed and highly recommend

I took my 8 year old there on Sunday afternoon. The staff was excellent and very attentive to him throughout the visit. We received immediate attention as he was experiencing fever. Nurse practitioner Jen was awesome and very informative. Thanks for the great service!

I came in with classic winter sick symptoms. The lobby was clean and spacious, the staff was so kind, and I was seen quickly. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! You don’t want to sit in a doctor’s office all day when you don't feel good, and they made sure to get me in and out while still feeling like a valued patient. I will absolutely be back!

Definitely one of the best urgent cares in the area! My 1 year old was running a continuous high fever so we went in. Wait time was very short and the staff was amazing! My year old is terrified of doctors but they were all so patient and kind. She ended up leaving with a balloon and finally feeling better. Definitely recommend!

Allergies had me extremely beat down and wreaked … my throat was sore , bleeding sinus, the whole package! The staff was great , things moved fast. The Doc was straight forward…no maybe this or maybe that … fast judgment based on medical evidence and experience… you only get that from someone that been in the business for a while with a broad knowledge of medical practice… the nurse was extremely quick and punctual with a syringe needle , about the best stick I have had in some time. Please forgive my absent mindedness, I can’t remember the names even know they introduced themselves. When you sick you tend to drift. Great protocol, great clinic!

First time to go to Eastex Urgent Care, but not the last! They were busy, but they kept those of us waiting spread apart, utilizing separate rooms as necessary! The staff was so friendly, regardless of their multiple responsibilities. They were efficient, treated me with care and compassion, and were just so nice! I highly recommend them, and I’ll be back!

I can’t say enough positive things about this place. The staff is extremely attentive and everyone goes above and beyond at every visit. At my visit today, a staff member gave me a shirt when we my daughter threw up on me. Knowing I have a trustworthy urgent care to bring my children to gives me such peace of mind as a parent. The owner and the staffs commitment to the best care is reflected in every single visit.

The people here are so friendly from the front desk to the lady helping us in the back. The wait time was awesome. I waited about 5 min. In the wait room and when we went back there was no wait. The total time in the office was about 10 to 15 minutes. I have never had a quicker visit to a physician's office. This place is so cool. I will definitely be back.

Although, true reason why I wanted to take the time to write this review, is the amazing customer service I saw in a short time frame. This team is dedicated to their patients and the best outcomes of their services. It is hard to find this type of care now a days. From answering calls, giving information over the phone.
