Awesome Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training, specializing in no-gi submission grappling. Great atmosphere, skilled instruction, and awesome people make this place perfect for new grapplers or seasoned competitors. Fayetteville, NC / Fort Bragg area has been blowing up lately with the BJJ scene and Element Grappling has guys from all of the other gyms coming by to collaborate, sharpen up their games, and learn something new together. Definitely check this place out if you’re looking to level up your leg-lock game or just get in some killer rolls!

You won’t find a better gym out there! Instructors and everyone else are incredibly friendly and super helpful. The instruction and material covered is top notch. Perfect environment for anyone who is looking to start bjj or has trained for a little bit and is looking to compete.

Best no gi grappling gym ever. I wrestled for years and recently stopped after graduating. I was looking for a gym to scratch my itch and talked with someone about Element Grappling and they said they loved it! So I went the same night to the Adult class that is from 5-7 everyone was very welcoming. Ever since that night about a month ago I have been there every night after and I don’t regret it at all! Definitely recommend if new to the area or not and want to get a workout in after work it’s the best place to go!👍👍👍

Our kiddos joined recently and its been a great experience. Coach Greg asserts his dominance with the kids in a way that they all listen but he also makes sure they all know its ok to walk away and take their time if needed. The coaches are all friendly and involved. The monthly fees are doable/fair and not by contract. We can't wait to see how far the kids go under the guidance and training of coach Greg and staff.

My son has been training jiu jitsu almost 4 years. He loves the physical and mental demand of the sport. My daughter is NOT competitive and when she hops on the mat, she is there to have fun. Coach Greg is able to meet the needs of BOTH the kids in the same class all while keeping the atmosphere fun and inviting for new kids, and still demanding enough for the more advanced kids which is wonderful. We are incredibly lucky to have found this place!

From the moment you step onto the mat you’re treated like family. Both of my kids have been improving in their jiu-jitsu skills as well as in dealing with life struggles and self confidence. They are learning to be their personal best through the lessons these coaches are sharing. Drop in today.

Element Grappling is such an amazing gym. We came from multiple studios from, GB, Legacy, and Renzo. Ever since my boys started going here, their speed, wrestling and ability to submit has improved so much and that is due to their lessons taught requiring acknowledgement from the students to ensure full understanding and concept of the training/lesson. -TanBrothers_BJJ

If you are looking for an amazing community, this is the place to be!!! My husband, son, and I were welcomed with open arms!! They know NO strangers!! I have never done Jujitsu before, and was super intimidated at first, however the coaches are incredible and so hands on! I’m excited to continue learning!! Coach Greg is amazing with the kids. His passion for the sport is displayed through not only his words, but through his actions!!! Don’t miss out on being apart of this family!!!

Absolutely love this gym. Class is always well structured with technical drilling and in-depth instruction. Greg and Kyle are great coaches, with a lot of experience as high level competitors and coaches. Everyone at Element is invested in helping who ever steps on the mat improve their jujitsu. These guys will push your skills and your fitness to the next level.

We were just passing through on our way to Raleigh and decided to stop on Friday evening for the Live Roll. The gym is nice and well maintained. While I didn’t roll, my husband looked like he was enjoying his time and got some good rolls in with a few of the guys. Everyone was friendly as well. Would definitely recommend at least stopping by to check this gym out!

I dropped in today to AJJ from out of town. I’m in town visiting family in Pinehurst, and found the gym online. It was a bit of a drive, but well worth it. Staff were friendly, the instruction was excellent, and the people training there were welcoming. As a female practitioner, it can be nerve-racking to drop into new spots. I would definitely come and train here again. Great mats and good vibes!

I’m newer to Jujitsu and was looking for a place to continue to train while I was in town for several weeks. AJJ was recommended by several people in my home gym and it did not disappoint! Everyone in the gym is super friendly and welcoming from the jump. It’s a serious training atmosphere and the coaches, Kyle and Greg are super high level, competitive, and committed to teaching AJJ. The students are also high level grapplers and wrestlers and I learned not just from the coaches but the students as well. There’s not many gyms like this (think B Team) and training here really broadened my perspective of grappling and no gi style jujitsu. Loved this gym!

First timer! Absolutely loved the experience. Easy walk in right after the end of the energetic kids class, staff was attentive. At first glance I wondered if I would feel out of place, but the 60 minute drills are clearly tailored for all levels of experience. Coach Greg quickly partnered me up with someone experienced; he seemed to know what I needed for my first time and it was nice learning beside someone I knew would minimize any injuries (let’s face it, my legs didn’t exactly go where I told them to 40-minutes into this tough workout). Expectations over-exceeded, will be coming back. AJJ may be new on the block but they are coming out hard.
