This employee name kristy is a sweet, wonderful and kind employee. Every time I go there she will always make sure her customers are satisfied. She never has an attitude, she very humble and respectful. I would love to come back to visit the shop.

I walked into this pawn shop and a girl name kristy greeted me with a smile and after she got done with a customer, she came over to help me to see what I was looking for she was very helpful with a good attitude and helped me find what I was looking for. She didn't rush me like most people will do or walk away she stood right there and helped me out. I love her customer service she gets the job done and get you what you need. I love her work and how she present herself. I see she's a good worker and professional at it to. I would love to come back again and see her because I know she have put a lot of smiles on customers face by helping them and getting them what they need and on the go. Thanks kristy! This guy is BEYOND unprofessional and his manager is an absolute ANGEL not to have fired the ignorant fool. When I came in he was texting behind the counter and reluctant to help a PAYING customer and when he did he was rude AND WRONG and refused to admit his faults. I asked for a manager and he STILL choose to verbally engage in a VERY disrespectful manner.

The entire team is just amazing, they make me feel like I’m at home. The atmosphere is just amazing, will be shopping there again! Keep the great job up.

I visit the Momentum Pawn on 09/28/2019 I was greeting with smiles offer a lot of help I had more options to choose from and their all was helpful to me I look at rings,guns, tvs,tools and more i love the environment and the employees that was in the store yes joyful people and willing to help you with payments and all yes i give them the high 5 if its was 10 they could've gotten a 10

Went to pick up my PS4 and after I got it home I discovered that a piece on the back had been broken off but that was my fault for not checking but they usually show you your stuff is in good condition before leaving the store and I also only have one controller since I'm the only one who plays on the system so why are there two dual shock controllers on my system. do they make it a practice of playing people stuff?🤔 I won't be doing any more business with them but if you decide to make sure you take pictures of your possessions and check your item before leaving the store
