I have gone to this Big 10 location quite a few times. They have always been easy to deal with and the work has been good. This last time, I needed a front end alignment and have my brakes looked at. My F250 wheel pulled hard to the left sometimes when brakes were hot. They called and told me the mechanic said my front brakes were completely gone and I needed rotors and pads. On both sides. Cost, over $1000. I picked up the truck and went to AutoZone and got 2 rotors and pads for the front. When I pulled off the left one (the trouble one), the rotor was in great shape but the pad was worn extremely thin. Bit not metal to metal yet. I replaced the pads. On the right side, rotor was in even better shape and pads were at @ 50% life. I changed the pads anyway. Total cost, $35.99. I noticed that none of the bolts had been touched recently on the brakes. I don't think the mechanic even looked at them.

So, about 3 to 4 weeks ago I reached out to this particular store in an attempt to purchase wheels and tires for my 99 Tahoe and upon them/her answering the phone I stated what I was looking for and she took my info and stated she was going to look up what I what interested in and I'm still waiting on that call back to this day! Do not look for this store to follow-up with you on anything, not reliable and I will not be making my purchase with them I will give it to whom do want it.

Employees welcoming and professional. Service provided quickly. Slow leak in a tire...in and out in 20 minutes. Will use again.

They got me in the same day for new front brakes and rotors, I'm very grateful for their hard work and definitely recommend getting repairs done here, the people who work here make it even better !

Perfect experience. Highly recommend. My son got three flat tires after hitting a typical Jackson, MS pothole. Monica at Big10 got the vehicle in first thing in the morning, got the tires ordered and installed before lunch, kept me informed throughout the process and charged a very reasonable price.

Went in for a tire repair, after being told at a different shop I would have to replace it. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. And the service was quick. Great experience.

Positive experience. The tire for my vehicle had to be ordered. It arrived as promised. The tech installed and replaced my spare in a prompt and professional manner. The manager, Monica, was exceptionally professional and polite. I would definitely recommend this store.

This tire shop is great. The service was fast and so very friendly. The waiting area is great as well with a tv, comp. coffee, vending and power receptacles for charging electronics. I'm so glad I found this shop.

I paid 200 dollars for them to recharge my air the next day it wasn't cold no more then they said u have a leak an that wasn't the case I charge it myself it's been working ever since they ripped me off

First time going. Had stopped by because light came on low air. Said I probably had something in tire. Had intended to take somewhere else to fix but my officer said no use big 10 they will treat you right. Well about a later and cost of $36.03 I don’t think so. Should have gone where my daughter suggested they have always plugged hers for nothing. Guess you learn by experience

I went to Big Ten Tire Pros. In Jackson, MS for suspension, new tires, and an oil change. Monica was amazing to work with through the whole process. She was upfront about pricing and services. She made the whole experience easy and stress free. I also had an interaction with Jason and he was kind and personable as well. Would recommend 10/10 times.
