    I am 32 years old professional athlete and have been starting to join Body&Brain yoga 4 months ago. I felt a great and positive change in my lifestyle since I come here and I no matter how good or bad my day was I felt calm and energized after every class!! I highly recommend to try out this place!! The instructor is an amazing person and he’s always there when you need his help and support! All the people coming are fantastic and we are a big family!!

    I just started taking classes and today had my beginner training they offer. I can tell they are very organized and work hard to ensure you can understand and learn the concepts for energy healing. I been doing a deep dive for three years into Spirituality and Physics and it all aligns with their teachings. I feel honestly blessed to have stumbled across this place. Love it ! ❤️

    This place is a hidden gem for your mind, body and soul! Richardson, I highly recommend this place! Da Young Lee is amazing, kind and soooo knowledgeable about everything In the body. The classes that are instructed by Joon are the best, you feel completely reconnected with yourself and the world! If you have thought about learning Korean energy yoga, tai chi or want to learn how to meditate this is the place for you! I know I’ll keep coming back to continue to grow! Thank you Da young and Joon! You both are the best!!!!

    Body and Brain Yoga is a great place to go for self care, stretching, meditation, and mindfulness. Master Cherie is warm and welcoming! It is not your run of the mill yoga experience. A big part of it is energy flow, connecting with our bodies and quieting our mind through movement. I sit at a desk all day, and really need the movement and stretching I get in these classes. The movements are easy for anyone to do. I am really excited to be setting time for my wellness and self care and have no doubt this is going to be a catalyst for improved health and wellness. Highly recommend!!

    The center is welcoming and fun. Master Dayoung is incredibly knowledgeable and has such great energy. I’ve been going about a three months and have really enjoyed all of the classes so far. Highly recommended!

    It is very unique program(mix of yoga, energy meditation, qigong). They provide National(online classes by different trainers ) and Local (inperson and online classes by Dayong) with different types of classes every day. All trainers are excellent! Breathing practices and releasing of stagnant energy by tapping and body shaking techniques seems to be weird in beginning but those plays key role to body flexibility, stress relief, circulation in whole body. It’s been a month I am in this practice, feel so great! I feel this program is a little expensive. Other than that it is great experience and with commitment and consistency I hope will see more better results further .

    I am so glad that I joined Body & Brain Yoga. Each time I come to a class, I feel so much better and relaxed. My knee pains literally disappears the next day after attending a class. Thank you so much, Da Yong.

I tried it out for one month and I did notice a big difference . Mr.Dal is very understanding and he makes you feel safe when sharing your emotions. He is a man of a few words but he knows exactly what you need without telling him your whole life story… he just understands . He encourages his students and always has a positive attitude. The people are really friendly and nice here. I found myself thanks to the loving support and unconditional love.

    This place is awesome! I've been attending classes there for about a month now. I can already tell a difference in my posture, decreased level of anxiety, and my over all wellness. The breathing techniques used in these classes are life changing. Its refreshing to have a trainer who makes sure you are doing the poses correctly. The master trainer is very personable, and takes a genuine interest in being committed to helping you become better mentally and physically. If anyone is experiencing high stress, or anxiety, or would just like to improve their overall wellness, I highly recommend this studio. :)

    Very grateful to have found Body and Brain Centre in Dallas. I'm inspired by the changes that I continue to experience for myself. My anxiety and sadness has lifted. My happiness level has greatly improved resulting in better relationships, less stress & anxiety, more peace and calm, better sleep, improved physical health and ability to take inspired action. The manager and instructors are knowledgeable & provide an excellent service. The classes are a combination of breathing and relaxation techniques, physical exercise, yoga, stretching, tai chi, martial arts, visualization and meditation. I love going to class!

    Master DaYong is a talented and kind hearted gentleman. The class is interesting and very different from the typical yoga session. I signed up for 3 months after my first session and don’t regret it one bit! Sign up for a trial class and also take the time to read “Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi” by Ilchi Lee to get a better grasp on what this class aims to achieve for you and your body. 5 stars!
