I was treated professionally and compassionately the moment I walked in the door. Dr Borgan was thorough in his history and exam. He explained my particular health situation in a manner completely understandable to me, giving me opinions to think about. He’s doing some additional tests to further evaluate what is going on specific to my situation. I am completely impressed with his medical knowledge and compassion.

The staff in Dr. Brogan’s office is friendly, kind, and professional. Dr. Brogan is such a nice man and a doctor who is obviously learned. He’s willing to spend as much time as it takes to assess and attend to my needs in his specialty, as well as my overall health. I feel very comfortable in his presence and secure in following his direction. Thanks to Dr. Brogan and the staff for making office visits NOT something to avoid and dread!

Just finished my first visit with Dr. Jennifer Lawrence. Absolutely wonderful! She reviewed my medical history, medicine, and labs. I am glad to have found her. She is worth paying out of pocket!!

Great first visit; Dr. Tidmore very professional, polite, answered my questions, & explained treatment plan. Office staff very professional. Contacting office is a whole other ballgame. On two separate accounts, I was on hold for 20 minutes, then 25 minutes. When I got to be caller one, I was disconnected. I also sent email message. It’s been over a week & still NO response. These two issues need to be resolved.

This wasn’t my first in the Specialty Clinic but my first time seeing Dr. Brogan(endocrinology). I was so pleased with his mannerism, professionalism and care for me as his patient. He was informative and responsive to my questions on treatments. He explained what to expect going forward in treatment. I was pleased with my visit.

Dr. Lawrence remembers my treatment history each time I visit. She reviews my blood tests and prescribes appropriately. Her explanations are in language a layperson can understand.

This was my first visit. I liked Dr. Tidmore right away, he is warm and friendly. I have had bad experiences with previous Rheumatologists and was happy to be immediately put at ease. Dr. Tidmore listened as I went over my medical history as related to my current appointment. His responses were knowledgeable and showed that he had been keeping up with the latest discoveries and treatments. I am confident that I will get treatment that will help resolve my situation. I’m really surprised at how many good reviews there are. I have struggled with hypothyroidism since the age of 11. It has been the most frustrating thing to deal with as a woman and as I’ve gotten older, symptoms such as weight gain and fatigue have only gotten worse. I am 25 now and have been going to the clinic for about 3 years now. I had an appointment today and was really disappointed in Dr. Bowling. I came in explaining my frustrations with weight gain and being tired. I was then told that I could have it way worse and that it’s not that bad because so many people have it much worse than me. (I mean I know I’m considered young but I’m not an idiot. I’m aware some people have it much worse than me.) She compared me to another patient telling me that there is a patient that has to have their medication through IV and at least I don’t have to do that! I also felt that I was looked down on because of my age. She made comments like “being young is hard” “you shouldn’t compare yourself to people” “people your age think getting married will solve their problems” like what? Are you my therapist or my endocrinologist? I’m sick and tired of doctors not listening to struggles and frustrations that they claim to be able to help. It’s clear to me that they can’t so instead it is dismissed.

Good. Very Good. Everyone and everything was nice here. Sometimes I find it difficult to communicate with others due to a language barrier, yet Doctor Borgan and the entire staff were very patient with me. I feel comfortable communicating with them.

Dr. Borgan is a true professional and is very nice and personable. He educates you without talking down to you and gives you the best advice for what you need to do, even though you may not to do it. He will politely and respectfully motivate you to get going. Highly recommend

Dr. Borgan takes the time for in depth questions and gives thorough answers and explanations during the office visit and doesn't make me feel rushed along to get to the next appointment. That is a rarity these days especially when you are with a skilled and busy specialist. I appreciate the kindness of the support staff as well.
