So much fun! We went for a bachelorette trip and had a blast. Instructor was helpful, patient, and skilled... I was worried I wouldn't enjoy it because I'm a larger girl but surprised myself! Would definetly recommend.

Jill is the best! The way she breaks down the moves, and she'll even be your own hype woman. If you're lucky you might even get a little performance, which isn't little at all but defies logic. The class will blow you away!

I love this place! It’s walking distance from my home and classes are always at a perfect time in the day. The instructors are super nice and helpful. I always leave feeling more sexy and confident. Not to mention it’s a great workout! Definitely recommend
