Was
visiting
Austin
and
wanted
to
try
something
new
and
support
a
small
business.
Had
the
pleasure
of
talking
with
Jadoh
when
I
arrived
as
he
was
working
on
new
menu
ideas
during
some
downtime.
He
passionately
described
what
his
business
means
to
him,
what
he
wants
his
food
to
represent,
and
what
he
wants
his
customers
to
experience.
After
hearing
his
passion,
I
decided
to
order
a
little
of
everything.
Ordered
the
Chicken
Franshisko,
Chicken
Shawarma,
Falafel
Wrap,
Steak
Fries,
and
a
Shake.
Upon
paying,
I
wanted
to
tip
him
well
as
he
was
very
helpful.
He
actually
offered
to
not
accept
the
tip
as
it
was
larger
than
he
expected.
That
kindness
and
humility
is
unheard
of
and
an
example
of
how
much
he
appreciates
his
customers.
While
waiting
for
my
food,
he
even
brought
out
a
few
fresh
falafels
for
me
to
try
and
enjoy
while
waiting.
After
about
10-15
minutes,
he
carefully
reviewed
and
verified
my
order
before
giving
it
to
me.
It
was
a
cold
night,
so
took
it
to
go.
All
the
food
was
carefully
prepared,
packed,
looked
great,
and
smelled
amazing.
The
food
tasted
just
as
great
as
it
looked.
The
Franshisko
was
full
of
flavor
wrapped
around
bread
that
was
very
soft.
Chicken
Shawarma
had
a
nice
crisp
on
the
outside
and
full
of
fresh,
complementing
flavors
on
the
inside.
The
Falafel
wrap
had
a
lot
of
ingredients,
but
you
could
still
taste
how
good
the
Falafel
was.
The
Steak
Fries
were
very
good
and
had
me
thinking
I
should've
also
ordered
the
Cheesesteak
as
the
meat
was
very
juicy
and
flavorful.
Lastly,
it
all
went
down
well
with
the
fresh
shakes
he
made.
Both
the
customer
service
and
food
were
amazing.
His
passion
for
his
food
and
business
were
very
apparent.
I
will
definitely
come
back
to
try
some
more
menu
items
and
some
of
the
new
items
he
talked
about
adding
in
the
near
future.
