Walking into this place everyone is friendly people greet you at the door. They will work with you. They have the best prices the nicest things I love the jewelry counter, very cheap prices, that I will come back over and over again. The best thing about this place was the customer service a very friendly lady name, Faren what is a great help she broke down everything love this place and the people 10/10 must recommend

Sunbelt pawn is the best pawn shop. I have been to this far the customer service is great especially a lady name Faren nice smile, great personality, and very helpful. I made a purchase on layaway , I called to check when my items are due for payment and the manager was so rude hung up in my face and told me they couldn't help me. They didn't do all that when I was there shopping. I called a second time a lady answered and was rude as well. Do better guys! After I get my items out I won't be coming back . All i wanted to know was when my due date was to make a payment and was treated this way.I also asked for a manager name to make a complaint and they wouldn't give me no info.

Highly recommend shopping with Chris (I believe is his name); He made me feel welcomed, as well as apart of family the way he was determined to make sure I got what I needed. Great communicator, and a brutally honest salesman.. If you get “ripped off”, or have an unpleasant visit to Sunbelt, I recommend giving it ONE MORE SHOT, but with Chris! I will definitely be back. 10/10
