Very happy with their services. They were responsive and efficient. They sent an accurate and detailed statement every month listing any deductions for repairs and sent my rental remainder on time. Their prices are very fair and competitive in downtown Los Angeles. Would highly recommend Affordable SoCal Living!

I rented rooms from Affordable SoCal Living. The staff was always friendly and responsive. They were always available for any questions or issues and always on top of any maintenance needs. If you're looking for a great room for rent I highly recommend going through them.

Lived here for 2 years and had a great time. Met a lot great people and felt like home. The owner Mike is very understanding and tries to make the place as comfortable as possible for all roommates. Very affordable for LA and the metro is walking distance away. 10/10

Mike is an amazing guy, who really looks after the house and the tenants here who are housed. He assures cleanliness, maintenance repair , and other things needed to keep the house running perfectly. You won’t find any shared living in Los Angeles both affordable and clean like here. Thanks Mike!!!

Such an amazing place to live in and it's right by USC. The beds are comfy, the rooms are always clean and tidy. The tenants are calm, polite and considerate. You get a fridge and a cabinet space to place your items in the kitchen, you get to watch TV as well; they have Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max. There is a gym to workout in and a studio to record music. You can oftentimes attend cookouts on Sundays where we all gather, get a laugh and a good time. There is also a nice grocery store nearby for whenever you need to go shopping, it's called Superior Grocers. The management makes a huge effort into keeping the house in order they are always available and responsive in case they are ever needed. Everything is at your disposal, all you have worry about is the rent and you get everything previously mentioned with no extra fees whatsoever, what a bargain! Definitely recommend.

As a current resident, I can say this is the best shared living experience I’ve had. 1) The rent rates make living in Los Angeles affordable for virtually anyone. 2) Rents are all inclusive. No need for utility deposits. 3) The property managers are friendly and listen to tenant concerns. Also, they coordinate room selection of new tenants with those most compatible; they put thought into that process. 4) The property is centrally located, close to DTLA and Metro light rail. 5) From my experience, the crime rate is low, with many families living in the area. 6) Amenities include onsite laundry, a workout area and a recording studio. 7) If you own a car, ask a manager about arrangements for that. 8) One of the best attributes is that you get to meet others from around the world. People move here from other states and countries (e.g., China, Japan, Romania, etc.). Residents help each other with job leads, points of interest, etc. The biggest difference about Affordable SoCal Living is that the managers actual care about their tenants, and that is not too common.

My time there was great! The people were cool. The house was always clean. The owner is a cool person. I would recommend this to anyone that needed a place to stay. Great vibe.

I Major In international development studies it lets me take all the classes I want with the help of SoCal affordable living I needed a place to lay my head to focus in study for my upcoming test. I found this affordable housing online on Craigslist that helped me in so many ways to live comfortably and save money I met so many different nationality people around the world it's amazing how one of my roommates is in a major the same as me which became really helpful “I really had a great experience with the company SoCal affordable living everything was convenient grocery store three blocks away laundry room onsite WiFi great workout gym onsite music studio along with laptop computer work stations onsite the maintenance crew does a really great job disinfecting the restrooms stocking tissue supplies the staff was awesome. I couldn't recommend them more! The staff was very professional and were just great people to take care of the exterior and the interior of the property. I appreciate the quality and work ethic they bring in every area.”

It’s a safe place. Roommates are cool. Cameras everywhere for security. Owner is does best to make you feel comfortable.
