Unfortunately did not have the best experience here. My son is a preemie so we had to wait to have his circumcision done and we decided to have it done here. On day 3 I noticed something was wrong that the provider told me to look out for. I called made the appointment just to be called back by a nurse who said she spoke to the dr. And “it should be fine.” Then she cancelled my appointment. 2 more days go by and it looks worse, I called made an appointment and she said they were going to charge me $90 just to check work they did!? I’ve never had a physician of any sort ever not want to have a check up if the patient is worried or want to charge more to just check and make sure THEIR work is okay..super disappointed

I am absolute appalled by the attitude and demeanor of the lady who answered the phone (assuming their front desk employee). We are looking at switching doctors for my son and I was seeking information about their office policies. I could barely get a whole sentence out before she interrupted me saying she wouldn't/couldn't answer my question because she didn't know what the policy would be in the future (I was simply trying to gain insight about if I were to change my mind about signing a form they require in 2, 3, 4 years how would that work) Further, after telling me if I had any doubts and couldn't accept the policy/form for what it was. They did not want me as a patient and I could basically move on. I am fine with having difference of opinions with a practice and deciding we are not a fit as their patient, but the level of attitude and sass that was delivered for simply asking questions was completely unacceptable.

Doctors are great. Dr P went above and beyond for my daughter advocating for her with Childrens mercy. The front desk staff is very rude and talk about you while you’re waiting. We don’t want to leave the office because the doctors are so wonderful but the front office is hard to deal with.

Nurses are some of the snobbiest/ rudest people I’ve ever came in contact with. Been coming over 10. Years now and they have completely changed. Speaking down to mothers who aren’t knowledgeable about sicknesses and/or conditions. Do better. 0/5 if I could. WOW

100% would recommend this office. I took all my kids here and my grandchildren now go here to. Dr. P is super nice and listens to you. Sheri Quick is also super nice and listens to you.

I absolutely love this office, I went here as a child and the same receptionist works there still she brings such a joy in the office. Although my pediatrician retired we quickly starting using Sheri Quick who has been amazing! First to respond and is amazingly detailed and attentive to all my questions. I highly recommend this office, if you looking for people and medical staff that cares!

Love this office. Dr. Graham is great he treats you with respect and is very thorough. Easy to talk to & down to earth. Efficient, on the ball & detailed staff. I sought out a highly rated office for my baby, one with an immunization policy I agree with & I was so glad to have found one. Especially given the recent outbreak/cluster of measles in our area. So glad they support protection of children from preventable diseases. Couldn’t be happier, would & do recommend them very highly.

We are so thankful that we met Dr. Palfreeman after the birth of our miracle boy. You can tell that he truly cares for his patients and we will be taking our first miracle boy to him as well. As a parent, it feels so great to have found a pediatrician that we trust and look forward to seeing as our sons grow up. We would highly recommend him and his office to anyone!

This office used to be good. Now it’s barely mediocre. Staff of rude and very unfriendly. Very disappointed in how this office is run.

I have been bringing my children here for 19 years and wouldn't consider anywhere else. The staff are always extremely inviting and warm. They have always done their do diligence educating and addressing concerns. I absolutely love this office. Thank you Preferred Pediatrics for making many MANY trips to the Dr over the past 19 years as comfortable and stress-free as I think you can get when at a dr office.

I would love to give this office 5 stars, as we love the doctors here, especially Dr. P! He’s amazing, one of a kind and we are so glad we found him. Unfortunately, my problem lies with the office staff who work at the front desk and answer phone calls. I’ve given the benefit of doubt several times (held my tongue) as we’ve been going to this office for over a year now. However, there have been multiple instances where the front desk staff are rude, dismissive and just completely unfriendly… after all this is an office for children. It’s disappointing and honestly a bit belittling. However we love Dr. P and can’t imagine going to another doctor. My real hope in this review is that the office staff/receptionists can do better when talking with their clients and making parents feel heard, respected and supported.

I have been taking my kids to preferred pediatrics since they were babies. My oldest daughter is now thirteen and I would not take either of them anywhere else. The ladies at the front desk always are welcoming. The doctors are very thorough. I can even call the nurse on hand to ask quick questions when needed. All around great Dr. Office!

The receptionist is always very rude and makes snarky comments when trying to call for an appointment. The doctors inside are good at touching base with all concerns that are present.
