Tried the Deli last weekend and it was great! The staff and service were friendly and fast, and the food was even better. Great to see a local spot like this open up! Victoria’s help was appreciated!!

Flavor makes and heart and stomach happy. On one side of the business, it’s a cute store filled with spices, oils, cookbooks and knickknacks that make for great gift ideas. Oh, and there’s a kitchen there too for cooking classes. On the other side, they’ve opened up a fabulous deli that offers up fresh sandwiches and salads. They promote other local businesses, including breads and pastries from Bloom Baking. Flavor is located on a side road without as much traffic as the main part of downtown, and it’s worth seeking out. The staff is super friendly and helpful too.

I saw a Facebook post of their soup of the day (happened to be my favorite) and I decided it was a perfect day for my first visit! The Deli is a bright and cozy space! Love the mural! People definitely enjoy it because it was full! Luckily I was taking my lunch to go, but I can’t wait to bring my hubby by for lunch sometime! I tried their Italian Wedding Soup and the Hot Nashville Turkey Melt sandwich. Two thumbs up!

One of my favorite places in downtown lees summit! The store and deli are both amazing. Great for gifts, good eats, and all around amazing vibes. Victoria is the best!

I absolutely love this place. When I say that these are the best deli sandwiches I’ve ever had, it’s not an exaggeration in the slightest. Wonderful staff and overall experience.

Amazing! I ordered the hotdog with giardiniera and was amazed. My wife ordered the spicy Italian sandwich, FANTASTIC! It is appropriately named, every bite is packed with amazing flavor. The staff is super friendly and Amy (the owner) is incredibly nice. I highly recommend this place and will be back. Maybe tomorrow....

Such a cool shop. A great place for cooking enthusiasts from beginner to seasoned. Staff is enthusiastic and passionate about food and wine. Great local products. Cooking class was informative and fun. This shop is a local gem.

Wow wow wow. As a self proclaimed sandwich afficiando I can confidently say this is the best sandwich shop I've ever been to. I've had the Avacado Club, Italian, Spicy Italian and the Roast Beef. All of them blew my socks off. The flavor is so uniquely fresh and well balanced. The layering is perfect and the bread.... oh my goodness that fresh bread. 😍 Yeah, give it a shot. You wont regret it.

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They were great at handling my exchange & the entire store makes you feel comfortable and at home. Definitely coming back for holiday gifts & all our spice needs.

The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. The food was delicious, especially the spicy italian sandwich. My biggest complaint is the pricing. The sandwich itself was $14 and really wasn't that big. It also didn't come with anything besides the sandwich. We got a cup of soup for free based on a promotion, but it's apparently $8 for the cup and it was quite small. All in all this place is awesome, but overpriced. I probably wouldn't go back unless the prices change. For $14 i would expect at least a side with the sandwich.

Fabulous deli in downtown Lee's Summit. This place is my gourmet heaven. All the food is super creative and yummy. I love that they offer new things all the time and that you can buy a lot of the ingredients in their shop. Their soups, sandwiches, everything is amazing!

This place is a really nice hidden gem in Lee’s Summit. Stopped in for lunch today and got the pork belly bahi mi, spicy Italian, and potato salad. Every ingredient was so fresh and delicious especially the bread. This is definitely a new go to for lunch. The attached store has some nice spices and oils as well.

Very nice small cafe and spice store combo. $14 For a sandwich a bit steep, but it was delicious. The items in the store are also a bit pricey, a small of rib rub was $8 as an example. If they cut that price in half they probably sell twice as much. I had to do a hard pass. The jalapeno infused pickle slices did look good, but again a bit too pricey for me. But this shop might fit a lot of other people's price tastes because it is very well represented and displayed, very clean Cafe and adjacent store.

This is by far the best sandwich I’ve had in LS! I’m from LS but don’t live there so whenever I’m home, I make sure to stop by to get a sandwich as well as some of the best and fresh ingredients to make some delicious pasta.
