Great food, I had a Tamale, 2 different tacos, an enchilada and the queso dip, and 3 different hot salsas. Everything was excellent and the service was great!

My wife and I have eaten here a few different times, but I am just now getting around to posting. If you enjoy authentic Mexican food, definitely give this food truck a try. They offer made from scratch authentic recipes from Mexico, and their food is delicious! This time, we had their combo that included a cheese quesadilla, a tamale, and a chicken enchilada. All combos come with rice and black beans. We also got a taco platter which is your choice of 4 tacos (chicken, carnitas, pastor, or asada). We also got chips and salsa and their home made tres leches cake. All delicious! Please visit this local food truck!

This is my absolute favorite place to get Mexican food!! They have a street taco plate that is my favorite. Their Al Pastor street tacos are to die for!! The carnitas are just as amazing. There's not one thing that I've tried here that's not phenomenal. I could eat here everyday!

If you have Celiac or have to have GF...this place is absolutely amazing!!! ❤️ I am severe with Celiac and the only thing on this truck unsafe is the dessert which is in a separate area, already packaged. All of their food is amazing!!! I am obsessed with their pastor and chorizo tacos!!! Their enchiladas and tamales are wonderful too!!! This is the first food truck I have aver been to, and it's safe!!! I would highly recommend them!!! The owners/workers are absolutely the kindest and truly care about Celiac/GF poeple as well as others! They are highly knowledgeable about what goes into each menu item and for that I am grateful!!! By far the best tacos in the KC area that I have tried. If you are looking for authentic street tacos this is the place to get them. Try the creamy green hot sauce. It’s amazing. Not really hot at all though. Just a really great flavor.

The Carne asada taco was phenomenal! As was the pork tamale and chicken enchilada. All of the food was delicious and authentic. The mild salsa needs to be bottled and sold. If you are looking for a new dining experience, this food truck is the place to go.

This food truck is one of the best I've ever been too. They offer authentic food at a good price, the people that run/own it truly put their heart into what they sell. Great food and great people!

So glad I found this in my Google search. We're staying in a hotel nearby & like to support local in our travels. Everything was awesome. The hot salsas are legit, and each hit the palate differently. My picky eater loved the chicken taco & even liked the radish. The chips have a great seasoning on them. Hubs said the Picadita was delicious. Congrats on your upcoming brick & mortar location!

I got 2 carnitas tacos, there's nothing that says it's only meat cilantro and a ton of onions. I would have requested to onion. The meat was amazing but the rice is a bit mushy.

These street tacos are incredible! Best I've had anywhere. The rice and black beans lived up as well. And the chips have this sugar/spice mix on them (lightly) that's just divine. The queso went very well with it all. But maybe more importantly, the workers were super friendly! The only person I've met as friendly in town is Teddy at Ahadu. My order was quick and correct. We'll definitely be back!

I just finished my food so here’s my honest review.. Outside of the rice being dry, the food was incredible: Its well seasoned and the birria tacos are probably one of the best birria tacos I’ve ever had. They were juicy, tender and weren’t stingy on packing the taco with plenty of meat. I also got a Combo # 1. The black beans were delicious. I chose a chorizo quesadilla and it was perfectly crispy. The guy at the window was so professional and polite. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to this place. Don’t sleep on it!!!

Excellent on everything. That green hot sauce is one of the best I have ever had. First visit I got all 4 plate options for the family today. I’ll be a customer at least twice per month. Authentic at its best. Thank you for being in this area. WOW!!
