Amazing!!! Clean and very good washing machines and dryers. I only use about $17 for washing and drying, for about 5 loads. It has two tv, plenty of seating area I loved the berry smoothie. He(assuming owner) is very nice and paticure excellent customer service. I’ll come just to wash my comforters in one machine.

Bim’s Laundry Cafe is without a doubt the absolute best place to do laundry in the area!! The cafe has lots of tasty food and drinks and a nice cafe to enjoy your time while you wait. There is also a TV to watch and some lovely local art featured on the walls. Absolutely amazing customer service!!! SO friendly and helpful. Very clean business and you are able to use cash or card, as well as a coin machine :) Not to mention every size washer you could possibly need and huge dryers. LOVE THIS PLACE!

This was my first time in years to visit a laundromat and I was a little rusty; but the attendant was super helpful in his recommendations of which machines to use and how best to wash/dry my bedding. This location takes cash and also has an app you can use for card. It also has a cute lil cafe with drinks and baklava, along with a small Arabic market with spices, snacks, nuts, and other essentials. There is some seating available, in both front and back with a small table in the middle. The clientele is mostly suburban folks, and overall the shop feels very clean and welcoming.

Very nice place. Love that you can buy a latte while you wait. The machines are super clean and quick so you can spend less time doing laundry, and spend more time enjoying things you love!

The location is convenient and the store front is clean. I found Bims Laundry Cafe clean, quiet 🤫 and Bims Laundry Cafe employee Chris extremely helpful and pleasant. Chris went out of his way to assist with the machines and inform me of different payment methods. Pricing is a little higher than other places. As the say goes " you get what you pay for". The machines are clean and maintained. Bims does offer drop off laundry services. I do my own so I didn't price. With an attendant on duty gives the customer a feeling of security.

Very open and nice layout! Plenty of options for your laundry size needs. They offer some food and drink options if you feel the need to have a snack while you wait. The owner is very helpful, answers all your questions and really makes sure everyone is taken care of. Wonderful and welcoming atmosphere, definitely worth coming back.

Such a friendly place full of beautiful artwork and quality machines. It is probably the cleanest laundromat that I have ever been to. AND they have a full coffee stand and a large snack selection so if you have to spend all day there, at least it will be enjoyable!

Favorite place to do laundry! It's better to try to find a time when others aren't really there (afternoons have always been better in my experience). Very clean, well stocked, have great drink and snack options *definitely sets them apart: try the baklava!* and the machines are plentiful. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Give them a try!

I have not been to a laundry mat for years. Due to having a washing machine not working,I had to go. Chris the owner was extremely helpful and even reminded me of my laundry being done. He made my laundry experience a positive one. The machines are top of the line. The place is emaculant. I decided to treat myself to a muffin and Chris heated it up for me , it was delicious. I won't be doing my laundry anywhere else. I was very pleased with my experience.

Clean, friendly service, and has free wifi! First place going to a laundry-mat where you can get drinks and food. If you don’t have cash, no problem, you can download an app called DexterPay which allows you to pay via Apple, Samsung, or card. The app let’s you control the temperature of your cycle and tells you an estimated time of when the cycle will complete, which is efficient when you need to go somewhere and you can simply open up the app to check.

Washing machine is down currently at home :/ Looked up the neighborhood laundromats near me, and went based off google/ yelp reviews. The reviews for Bims did not fail me! Super nice lady working in here; very accommodating. Gotta love the cleanliness, especially when it comes to a place where one chooses to wash their clothes! I see why Bims is highly rated. Hopefully my washer at home is fixed soon, but I’ll be back if needs be :)

Came to laundry mat because of good reviews and seemed to have nice washer and dryer’s. But boy! My experience there was real different and very rude. A lady was basically doing everything for me, when you go to a laundromat you do it yourself. As I experienced here she tells you how to put things in the washer, how to take them out. And when it came to being done out of dryer she was yelling at me how to fold! I’m not sure what kind of business this is. But not professional and that’s where you get good reviews is by good customer service, good price, and good machines. One star for washer and dryer being nice. Not the best price and you pay ALL IN QUARTERS, very pushy and controlling customer service. Not returning.
