Awesome facility! Excellent staff/customer service (pre and post sign up)! Honest and upfront pricing! Actually 24 Hours as advertised (unlike some other gyms)…yes, you will sweat ALOT and feel good about yourself afterwards.

Finally feel like I found a place that has everything that I am looking for! Clean, fun classes, great workout, and the best part is that it I don't feel "gym shy" anymore as you are mostly in your own private room. Great concept - LOVE IT!

I was able to experience a free class. Nicolette help me over the phone and Nicole showed me around. I really enjoyed the cycle class and ISO Hot. I walked out feeling Amazing. On another note walked in with my back and knee hurting. They both felt better when I left. Thank you.

This place is amazing! Eric was so nice to give us a detailed tour and answer all our questions. It’s unlike any fitness studio and definitely worth a try!

I love it here. Not only are the employees kind and knowledgeable, the center is amazingly clean. My first work out definitely kicked my butt but it made me look forward to coming back every day! I can tell that coming here will mean having a good start to my day.

I had nothing but a great time at Hotworx Lake Nona! The sauna experience is very different than anything I’ve seen. I get bored easily with the same workouts and I love how you get a variety of classes in one place! It was very clean and well organized. The customer service was also great! Natalie assisted me from the moment I called. She booked my first, free class at a convenient time. She took her time answering my questions, and I had plenty! She made me feel comfortable signing up, which I appreciated.

I love this place! It’s so clean and you get to work out in a small setting. Awesome for introverts :) And I can get a workout in any time of the day or night!

Great facility, staff, and super convenient with the 24h access but I noticed this location pumps the air fresheners SO HARD. It’s like walking into a Bath and Body works gym, or an Uber that has put in 500 air fresheners in their car. I enjoy the facility and the air freshener intensity is not bad in the actual saunas themselves (thank goodness, otherwise I probably couldn’t keep my membership) but I’ve gotten dizzy from just working out in the open with the weights because how strong the smell is. Great concept and not all locations smell like this one, but just be weary. Update: I canceled my membership!

I went to this place 2 days and am going back again today. Must say it is so clean inside and smells amazing. Great staff there and the hot Yoga I did was amazing me and my wife felt like a million bucks after. I definitely recommend it for anyone.
