Delicious food, very fresh and tasty. I had a bowl and I loved it. The photo doesn't make justice to the flavor and food quality. The cilantro sauce was excellent. Great service too. I recommend it!

I love Fresh One Kitchen! The chef is SO nice and has the best energy! He’s so positive! The food is fresh and well-seasoned! A lot of variety, including for vegetarians and vegans, and it’s filling! I love the healthy choices! The fresh one sauce is so good and made in-house! Worth a try if you’re looking for something healthy!

Very friendly staff, felt welcomed immediately after walking in! Food was fantastic, fresh and nutritious!! Overall great value. Service was attentive and quick. Clean environment, has both indoor and outdoor seating. Will DEFINITELY be back!

My daughter and I found this cute spot by accident. Upon entering she commented on how amazing it smelled. The owner has one of the greatest energies you could imagine. Have a conversation With him and you won’t be sorry. It’s impossible not to smile with the energy inside here. Food is phenomenal. Try this place!

I was so surprised at the quality of the food! It was so delicious and their fresh kitchen sauce is delicious. The staff is super friendly and all their food is super fresh!! Definitely a staple lunch place.

If you are into eating healthy, enjoy good quality ingredients without sacrificing flavor this place is for you. Good portion sizes, tasty food, fast and friendly staff. Lots of different varieties compared to other bowl places. Give this place a try, you won’t regret it. I know for sure I will be back. Five stars all the way!

Now THIS is happy food. We wandered in before our movie started and I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular but I was pleasantly surprised. The service was great! The food was fresh and so delicious. I’ve been on a diet and always worry about going out to eat but this is the first time in awhile I didn’t have any issues and will probably be back! The restaurant was clean and bright. Parking is rough during busy times of the day but you’ll just have to walk farther. One of the other customers was telling me how much she loves eating here and loves supporting the owner because he’s a good guy. That lets me know there is pride and honor in his work and I’ll be back to support it.

Absolutely delightful. If you ask me this is true soul food because it is soothing to the soul. It starts from the owner who pours love and joy into the ingredients and ends with the wonderful staff making sure everything works right. Absolutely amazing. Probably my new favorite spot for a healthy lunch!

Usually I love this place but tonight I came at 8:50pm and I knew they closed at 9pm but they kept gossiping in Spanish and it took about 10 minutes to get my order and pay for it. I Tipped a dollar and she forgot the house spicy sauce I asked for. I hope this finds the owner because I love the place yet I was not pleased with my service tonight.

I wanted something on the more healthy end for dinner and so my husband recommended Fresh One!! it’s safe to say we will be regulars soon because this food is AMAZING!! It so fresh!! The owner is incredibly nice and even works in the kitchen sometimes!! the staff is so nice and I can only say good things all the way around!! A MUST TRY!!

The food is delicious, healthy, and the portions are generous! The owner is kind, helpful and makes you feel like you are home. So glad we gave it a try and can’t wait to come back!

Fresh one kitchen is fantastic. I love the forbidden rice, the cilantro fresh one sauce, and sweet potatoes. This is kinda an under the radar place but it deserves to be top on your list. If you like healthy real whole foods then this is the place for you.
