    This place is a gem. It's clean with kind instructors. I am older and work at a desk and was in need of stretching and balance. It is working great, and I feel better. As a novice, they are very helpful and patient. Ella has been an angel. But it's also good for experienced people. I suggest you try an introductory session. The pricing is very reasonable, and classes are readily available.

    I love Body and Brain Yoga! I have done yoga on and off for a number of years, but this experience is like no other. I feel better, physically, emotionally, and spiritually! Gabrielle and all of the employees are so helpful, often giving one on one direction during and after class to help further your development. I highly recommend this yoga studio!

    My wife and I went for an evaluation last month, and quickly realized this is what we were looking for. A focus on body and mind wellness and connection. Sessions are meaningful and informative, and classes are fun and challenging. It is a healing and friendly environment and good for all ages and experience level. We are learning so much about this method of holistic wellness, and truly feel the energy around us. Working towards a sense of inner peace while reducing stress and external noise and anxiety is the goal, and we are happy to be taking this journey. Love the people here!

    I started taking classes about 6 weeks ago, and it has been life-changing! I absolutely love it here. Master Hope and Master Gabrielle are so knowledgeable and kind, and really care about you. They spend time getting to know you and suggest ways to help you heal based on your individual condition. You can tell how dedicated they are and how much they want to help. Since I started I have already participated in different workshops, and even had the chance to travel to Sedona! I really look forward to these classes every day, and I always feel much calmer and more relaxed after. This place will definitely help your anxiety and stress, and it is not only great for you physically, but mentally as well. I highly recommend Body and Brain Yoga Tai Chi! :)

    This is not your typical yoga center. I would gladly give it 10 stars! Since coming to Body and Brain, I have experienced improvement and tremendous growth not only for my physical body but also my spiritual and brain health. The center offers a welcoming atmosphere where, regardless of your skill level, body condition or age, everyone can benefit from attending classes here. The instructors are well skilled and remind you to, “do your best”. I always leave feeling brighter and lighter. As I continue with my practice, masters have guided me along to go beyond just coming to class to take yoga. They have encouraged me to attend self growth workshops offered at the centers or their retreat center in Sedona. This has added more value and importance to continue attending Body and Brain. Overall, is it a well rounded program that will give you results that you had no idea you needed. I love it here!

    I came to Body & Brain to heal my body and destress. I have been going now a little over a month. I feel stronger, more energetic during the days, and more in tune with myself. All of the staff members are wonderful people and have helped me greatly improve from where I started. If you are feeling worn down and lost, this studio will definitely help you feel more at ease with yourself and what you can do.

    I love Body and Brain.I've been attending for 2 plus years.The Masters and classes are magnificent. It has been a tremendous support for me mentally, Spiritually as well as physically. I love the meditation and various yoga poses to aid in healing the overall person inner and outer. Very appreciative of this service for humanity. Gamsahabnida! (Thank you).

    Body and Brain Yoga, the instructors, yoga masters, Tai Chi coaches, and the people that attend the classes have changed my life for the better. I started almost a year ago and as a 67 year old man that hadn’t worked out or regularly exercised in many years, I can tell you that this is EXACTLY what I needed in my life! The stretching is making me more flexible and limber, the yoga is making me stronger, the Tai Chi is helping my balance and concentration, and the meditation centers my mind and helps me be in the NOW. I wished I had started this years ago.

    One of the best classes I've ever attended. I'm amazed at the mental and physical benefits I'm experiencing for my fybromaylgia. I never thought I was going to feel as good as I do now attending this class in the Henderson location. The master and her assistants are absolutely the best.     Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi is wonderful! An expert and enthusiastic staff conduct a variety of classes that take a holistic approach to strengthening the mind and body. My strength, balance, and peace of mind have improved considerably since I started only 6 weeks ago. Highly recommend!

    I was so excited yesterday. Yesterday was my 7th day at Body & Brain Yoga. I go there 3 times a week. Wow!! I was able to touch my toes without bending my knees. It was a huge improvement of my body flexibility. I showed everyone at end of class because I could not believe it myself. I joined Body & Brain Yoga due to pains on my arms, neck and shoulders. Pains are also reduced a lot. Thanks to Body & Brain Yoga and Masters!

    Unlike any other yoga class Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi really does allow you to connect to your body and mind. No matter how I feel before each class I leave with a beautiful positive energy and feel joyous and connected each time. This is a no judgment class. Each person does whatever they can while respecting their body’s condition. I feel the happiness and love coming from everyone participating in the experience. Treat yourself to something life changing!

    I have been going to Body and Brain Yoga Tai Chi for about 2 months. If you are looking for more than just the same old workout, I highly recommend you try Body and Brain. Here they focus on the whole person, physical, mental, and spiritual. It is challenging and every class is a little different so it keeps interested and wanting more. I absolutely love it! The people are friendly and the instructors are very helpful and welcoming.

    Went in for my first experience and was stunned by how great I felt after. It was challenging and sweaty. But anyone can do it! The instructor Gabi was Amazing, she explained and demonstrated everything very well and helped me to correct when I needed it. 10/10 recommend. I will definitely be back 🙏

    I started my yoga classes a year ago and I am pleased because I love it so much!! I learned a lot more in the workshops as well. I am very grateful that I am physically healthier and mentally positive. No more sciatica pain

    Finding Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi has been one of the best things I have stumbled across. I started about a month and a half ago. When I started, I was stressed all the time; my shoulders were always tight; I could barely bend over to touch my knees. All my flexibility from youth was gone. Just going 3 days a week and practicing the stretches and exercises at home, I can now touch my toes; The tightness in my shoulders has relaxed so my neck doesn't hurt anymore. I am able to handle my everyday stressors better. I decided to sign up for a year. Everyone is so nice and supportive there. It's a great place to escape and focus on self.

    A place that is truly special. So much healing is done here. I am still fairly new but every class is different. Energy healing with celf in mind. The community is welcoming and I truly am grateful to been lead to the practice. Give thanks. Everyone should come and experience. 🌱✨🌱✨

    I have been going to Brain & Body for about a month and my experience has been wonderful. Clean & sanitary. The teachers are very friendly and welcoming to me as a total beginner. The classes are just the right amount of difficulty and I’ve seen results within the first week. What I enjoy most is the variety of ages, body physique and cultural backgrounds of who attends. Anyone can come and feel like they belong. I signed up for the monthly membership because I decided I want to commit at-least a year to myself. I recommend starting with the introductory class.

    This is my husband’s and my second year of Body & Brain classes at the Henderson location where the trainers are amazing. Before we took classes we had many aches and pains. We purchased many devices to relieve pain which never helped. Since joining classes we noticed a significant change in our mobility and all around health. Wish we would have taken these classes years ago. Highly recommend!!!

    I am so grateful my Acupuncturist referred me to this wonderful place of Tranquility and Self Healing. From Day 1 they hand you a textbook to actually obtain the knowledge needed to learn how to strengthen your Core and open your Chakras. Every class is filled with powerful music that moves along with each of the different types of exercises just perfectly, in Sync. On some days they focus on stretching, balance and organ detox which is most helpful, Tai-Chi is great as well! Meditation time is most relaxing and really helps clear your mind. Instructors are so knowledgeable, full of energy and really make you feel like they care. They narrate during your workout to help you keep on going.Time flies by and you always walk out feeling refreshed & with a big smile on your face. Fellow classmates have been most welcoming and make you feel right at home. My legs have certainly been getting must stronger, I would definitely recommend!!

    I started attending yoga at Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi about a month ago and it’s been life changing. The trainers are amazing. I’ve had anxiety off and on over the years but I see it going away session by session along with my knee pain. I used to be tired all the time and now my energy levels increase by the day. I highly recommend these instructors and their yoga class at Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi.

    I had back pain and after taking classes my back feel so much better. I also had depression and these classes and their healing programs changed my life. I manage my emotions better. I recommend body and brain yoga for many people.
