We have made 3 major purchases from them including; 17’ Endless pool/swim spa, powered Covana pool cover and delivered today an Aria HotSpring Spa. The are there each step of the way from site selection, installation and provide a list of any of the people needed to prepare, ie, electrician, crane and cement. This is an outfit that is customer orientated and driven. They bend over backwards and go the extra mile. And, it extends throughout the entire staff. If you have a questions you are treated like royalty. WOW!!! I have attached photos of what we have purchased and they have overviewed the entire process. I highly and with pleasure recommend this company.

We bought an Endless Pool from Hot Springs Spa. Scott and Lisa were fantastic throughout the purchasing and installation process. Their team of techs have been fantastic to work with also. After about 5 months we had an issue with our Covana automatic cover and they came out the same day and diagnosed the problem and we’re back an hour later with the needed part and did the repair to the automatic cover. Couldn’t have been easier (for us), poor Scott and his tech Steve were working in the pouring rain to get the repair finished up. Everything was covered under warranty. We LOVE our new spa from HotSprings of Eugene. We bought the Triumph..4 person with 2 (TWO!) lounges.. Maya was amazing… worked with us to get just what we wanted, and kept in touch with us until we were able to get it. It was just delivered Wednesday,and we were able use it the same night. The delivery tech team couldn’t have been better! Very patient, easy to work with and knowledgeable. We will always work,with them! Thank you All!

wonderful experience.....staff was helpful when choosing my new spa. Set up crew was punctual, polite, and very careful of my property while delivering the new spa, removing my old one (Hot Springs 1984 model), setting everything in place for the new one, carting away all protective wrapping, and instructing me on how everything worked. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience!
