I contacted Precise Building Services on the recommendation of a friend to evaluate and replace a 65 year old service line to my electrical panel. Ariel was knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to, he had someone out the next day to take a look at the house. Afterwards Ariel throughly explained the entire process and how they would pull the permits and schedule the county inspection after the work was complete. Three electricians arrived to replace my service line and clean up the previous wiring done my a less than neat electrician a few years ago. Additionally they re-wired my panel and properly grounded it according to county code. The guys were all very professional, methodical and neat in all of their work. They graciously explained everything they did and answered all of my questions. Afterwards they checked all of the circuits and outlets in the house ensuring everything was correct. Precise Building Services is very organized. Ariel uses a computer system to create and email estimates, send invoices and collect payments and always answered the phone. I was very impressed with the quality of work Ariel and his company perform and highly recommend them for any household electrical needs.

I suddenly started having problems with the outlets in my condo. All were on one breaker. Not sure why the power suddenly started being a problem since nothing new was plugged in, but I knew I needed an electrician. Called a few other places and they couldn’t schedule an appointment for 3 weeks. Precise had good Google reviews, so I gave them a call. Ariel was very pleasant on the phone. Called me back in a few min to let me know someone could come the same day. Victor arrived in less than an hour. Checked things out and split the 2 lines going into the suspect breaker to a second one and solved the problem. Had to call him back and he came back to check a light and he discovered it was a loose connection on the light switch. Fixed it right up. Reasonable price too. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
