Jelena, the owner is brilliant with her accupuncture & always seems to know exactly what your body needs. Saw Anita for a prenatal massage and she was so down to earth and lovely to talk to. She made me feel very comfortable and really had great techniques to relieve a lot of the tension/pain in my shoulders and back. I cannot remember the last time my shoulders felt 100% but they certainly do now. I am so glad I went because I have thoroughly benefited from the relaxing experience.

Favorite store in Richmond! I go every other week for acupuncture, and I use the opportunity to pick up some beautiful, natural goods. Skincare, supplements, cosmetics, essential oils, incense and candles, and CBD products. And the best staff ever! I recommend this store to everyone I know.

A facial with Anne Payne at Boketto is AMAZING. I cannot say enough about Anne's knowledge and skills, plus the environment and staff at Boketto will have you feeling calm from the moment you step foot in the door. I am a Boketto regular for acupuncture and recently tried massages, too. I can't recommend Boketto enough. The staff is so kind and caring and really goes above and beyond to help understand any health issues I am having and to work with me to heal them. The store has such great offerings, too, and I love the relaxed and peaceful environment. Coming here is always a brief respite in my busy days!

I’ve been visiting Boketto for years, and it really is such a special place. When you walk inside, things just get a little better. Jelena’s knowledge of how the body holds stress and illness, and how it responds to treatments such as acupuncture and cupping, is a gift. The other services like a facial and a massage are also incredibly restorative. Boketto is also such a great spot to pick up products for your home, body, and kitchen.

End to end, I thoroughly enjoy my experience at Boketto! Not only are the services excellent but there's never pressure to purchase products -- just good advice if requested. Pasha made me feel very at home and the craniosacral massage was wonderful. It was my first time having one and I want to return for another, it is really like a subtle full body reset. The selection of goods for sale was also quite nice :)
