Honestly, there are no places in Bergen county with this kind of vibe. You can bring your own alcohol, play board games, smoke hookah, AND indulge in your artistic inclinations??? I will 100% come back. On too of it, Stephanie is so warm and welcoming. I can't wait to bring my friends.

Had a fun relaxing time. This place is different from other hangouts in NY and the travel isn’t all too terrible. Seeing my friends and new faces really made this experience enjoyable and want to come back soon

If you are a creative person who feels kinda stuck I definitely would recommend coming to this place! Sometimes when you are in a rut you just need to get out of the house and try new things. Doing Stephanie’s painting sessions have helped me get back into the groove of wanting to draw and paint again. This place has a great atmosphere and Stephanie makes it a very welcoming and comfortable experience. I will definitely be back :)

Had an amazing time at this place. I don’t dabble in the hookah or other goods and they had options available to me. I went for the open mic and they had amazing comedians and music performers. Stephanie is a great host and owner. Great crowd and people in the audience. Definitely check this place out.

The staffs are friendly and welcoming. I was the only customer there so I liked it as it was peaceful Shisha session. However I waited for 16 minutes for the charcoal. The most ironic part was that they DONT accept American Express, and accepts every other card.

Very nice for date night, Hookah is available $50for unlimited hookah $25 for just one fill. You can also paint they give you option of a few pieces like a wine glass a circle/square plate. Very pleased and the service was so great. Will different return with more friends and bae again. Thank you guys so much

This has to be one of the best hookah places I have ever been to. Not only was the hookah, drinks and vibe fantastic, but the staff and the owner were amazing. They made us feel welcomed and were extremely accommodating to our party of 5! The owner, Stephanie, came over to our table multiple times to ensure everything was satisfactory and that we were having the best experience. She even gave great recommendations for the infused options… which she was not wrong about!! Next time we go, we will definitely be experiencing the VIP room! Highly recommend Absalom as your next hookah night out!!!

This was such a cool place!! Stephanie was such an awesome hostess. She took great care of us. We painted, sipped vodka tonics, and did hookah all at the same time!! It was perfect. And we got to watch the dance class while we enjoyed the activities. Will definitely go back!!

An amazing venue with a tremendous amount of great events. The drinks- awesome- the food, terrific- the energy and vibes are immaculate. Absalom is one of the greatest places to go for a good time. This is a must check out for anyone in the Teaneck area!

I was here a few months ago with some girlfriends, and I definently want to go back. The ambience was chill, the food and drinks were super yummy, and Stephanie was a super host! She was attentive, thoughtful, informative, and super courteous and polite. I would like to go back and experience some of the events held there. They look like they would be a ton of fun.
