I went in with a bad reaction to steroids. Also had Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. After the first session with Indy, my symptoms magically disappeared! I was more energetic and I cancelled my acupuncture appointments. Went in again for the second session and have been sleeping so well. I can feel that I am healing from within and feel completely rejuvenated.. no amount of massage or visiting the SPA made me feel this way. I am a believer now. Need help but don't know what you need? If everything you've tried so far just isn't working, I would encourage exploring Prana Harmony's healing sessions with Indy. I was initially only trying to find a local yoga studio to attempt to better balance my life in a time where everything was falling apart. I was drawn to Prana Harmony's peaceful vibes and came across their energy healing services. I wasn't sure about it at first as I'd never tried it, but I found myself revisiting the website, researching more on Prana and Reiki, and thought,"What is there to lose? Might as well try it." Absolutely no regrets. Go for it!! I highly recommend at least trying it once to see if it's a good fit for you. Indy has helped me overcome my lowest point, clear blockages, and activate positive shifts in my life in such a short amount of time. He also gives practical actionable steps in your day-to-day to guide you in reaching your healthiest higher self. Finally some peace and feeling blissful! I made an appointment with Indy for a Reiki/Energy Healing Session and walked out feeling incredible! Coming into the session, I felt disconnected and scattered; Indy helped me feel grounded and restored. I learned so much during the session, especially steps for daily self-care. The proprietary products, like incense and oils, PHW sells are nothing short of incredible, and the selection of herbs and healing crystals is fantastic! I am really looking forward to my next session with Indy! I cannot thank him enough!

The store is so beautiful and Zen. I love all the fragrances. I worked with Indy and he was such an excellent help. The oils, candles, incense sticks and body lotions are awesome. I love the energy at Prana Harmony :-) I've attended a breath class and a manifestation meditation and each time I've left feeling more peace, connection and clarity. I have been attending the meditations weekly and love them. Additionally, I received a session from Indy and it was just what I needed. Because I also do healing work, I'm very particular who works on me. The session was amazing and I will definitely be scheduling another. Indy is such a genuine and kind spirit.

Indy is very talented, patient, and knowledgeable. I went met with him for a 60 minute session and he listened, gave great actionable advice, offered beautiful lessons to contextualize the advice, and even did some energy healing. I left in an elevated headspace unburdened by impatience or stress, able to focus indefinitely. It felt like the kind of mindfulness that one would meditate for a while to achieve, and I was stuck in it for a day or two. I look forward to going back and furthering my journey, and recommend it to anyone who is prepared to participate.

I consider myself a strong, intelligent, and confident woman, but life throws circumstances your way that you just did not prepare yourself for. I never even seen it coming my way. I have had several personal trials in addition to child related traumas that I was working through and generally I can pick myself up and keep moving forward, however, this situation I was simply unable to cope and function on my own. I was at a breaking point and was desperately looking for help, direction or a sign to help me get through. I called around looking for same day resources and was not getting answers. I was referred to Indy and luckily I got a same day appointment. Never have I felt so safe, comforted, and the weight I was carrying was lifted by the end of my session. My experience was divine and sacred, I know I have a long healing journey to overcome from my childhood traumas, triggers, betrayal and disappointments but I now feel like I will get through this storm.
