I was looking for a yoga studio after coming home from a one week yoga retreat in Costa Rica and this place kind of just fell in my lap and I’m so happy it did. I truly look forward to walking into my class everyday, because I know when I’m there the stress and worry that lives rent free in my head will disappear. I also no longer wake up with the crippling feeling of anxiety in my chest either. The environment is so welcoming, it’s nice to have a place where everyone has the same intention as you, HEALING! Master Sumin, and the staff have the most inviting energy. The inclusivity is 10/10 it’s so great to know there is someone who will guide you and show you how to every time without hesitation. I have attended all the classes that are offered everyday (at least 4-5 classes a week) for the past 3 weeks. Not only is the stress leaving my mind but is also leaving my body, little by little, I leave feeling so light and rejuvenated. The yoga (stretches) and tai chi are all challenging but enjoyable at the same time and all the classes really offer an experience for every fitness level with different body conditions. I would highly recommend this to those who are on a similar journey seeking connection to mind, body, and spirit.

Very peaceful and enjoyable place. The instructors are really knowledgeable, available, supportive for your spiritual journey. There are several, new , different activities which enhance the connection to your true-self. The instructional manual and ressources are offered to support your classes. Happy place with plenty social activities carried out. I am glad that I found body and brain Yoga , and I recommend it to people looking for relaxation, healing, meditation, ecstatic movements and spiritual enlightenment. Try and enjoy!!!

Since July 2021 I have been a student of Yoga Tai Chi with Body & Brain, Vegas. Its a transformative discipline. The discipline changed my life perspective. I've 72 years of life experience and the energy practice of Yoga coupled with Tai Chi released unlocked body/mind relationship unknown to me before I inauspiciously wandered into the yoga studio. It was unexpected. Meditative and "internal" body energy practices were new to me. I was uneasy. Master instructors, dedicated staff, committed to the discipline brought me, their student to a lifelong commitment of Yoga/Tai Chi energy practice. I arrived rigid and stiff, and over time became flexible and inwardly calmer. The practice changed my psychic/emotional reaction to the the pre-Yoga world. The organization has integrity, the staff guides, assists and promotes student well being. They are credible, trustworthy, and I respect the education principles. I learn each time I go to class. I learn about Me. What could be better? Coming from the corporate world into the universal world of spirit has enriched my life. I recommend it to others. Looking inward is surprisingly gratifying. Blessings, SK

I recently started taking the classes at Body and Brain, and I have to say, it has been truly a transformative experience. The masters there are absolutely amazing, and their expertise in the practice of yoga is evident in every move they make and every word they speak. But more than just their technical skill, what impressed me most about the masters at Body and Brain was their genuine care and concern for their students. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease, and they go out of their way to make sure that each and every student feels comfortable and supported. As for the yoga itself, I can honestly say that it has made a tremendous difference in my life. Before I started attending classes at Body and Brain, I was struggling with both insomnia and anxiety. But through the various practices taught in the classes, I have been able to find a sense of calm and peace that I never thought possible. The breathing exercises and meditations in particular have been incredibly helpful in reducing my anxiety levels and helping me to sleep more soundly at night. And the physical practice of yoga has not only helped me to strengthen and tone my body, but has also helped me to release tension and stress. All in all, I would highly recommend Body and Brain to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice or to find a way to cope with stress and anxiety. The masters there are truly exceptional, and the classes are a wonderful way to connect with your body and your mind in a supportive and nurturing environment

Recently retired and looking for a place to keep me active I look for a yoga class and found body and brain. Had an eval and started attending the classes & skeptical at first on what to expect. After a few classes I slowly understand their practice which is different from other yoga classes. So I sign for another 3 month class and more after this . The classes are great . My stress and anxiety level had decreased a whole lot My mind is calm, my sleep is better, the aches and pains are disappearing even my arthritis is not painful anymore. Learn how to do breathing exercises and meditation too which helps calm my mind and feel happier. Overall a great experience. Master Sumon and Master are both great always have positive attitude and very welcoming to everyone. Highly recommended.

My stress level was very high in Dec 2022. After the first session at Body & Brain in Durango and Flamingo location, I felt so much better both mentally and physically. I did Yoga & Qigong before. This approach is better because its focus is using the Breathing, stretching and vibration to massage our inner organs. I have signed up for a two year program. I would say “Hey, try it, you may like it”!!!!

My wife and I were looking for something to do in our spare time that could also improve our health. Both of us work in very stressful environments so we thought we would give Brain and Body Yoga a try. We have been doing classes for one month and I don’t get anymore lower back pain at my job. My sleep has also significantly improved. All the teachers are nice and helpful.

The Body & Brain Yoga and Tai Chi Center is a great oasis from Sin City to check in with yourself and connect to your body and mind. I was visiting over the holidays and stopped by for two classes. They were both very helpful in keeping me grounded and inwardly focused, which was helpful as I was around my family the majority of the time these past few days. If you are looking for a place that can relieve stress, help you feel more connected to yourself and others, look no further! This is the place to be! Master Dahari is a great teacher and she helps guide her students to feel their bodies and connect with their true selves. Give Body & Brain a shot! They give the best hugs.

I started 2 1/2 months ago to try and see if Tai Chi or any of the body and brain trainings could help with my physical ailments. My niece who is in the medical program recommended this. I had a swollen sciatica, couldn’t bend without pain, and I have a torn meniscus. My niece who is in the medical field recommended this program. I’m so amazed and pleased that now I can bend without pain. I’m committed to do this long term and recommend for anyone to do this instead of traditional drugs and surgeries. The trainors are just great teachers and life coaches.❤️

Hi My name is James and after retirement, I ended up in my primary care doctor’s office. She recommended therapy due to my lack of enthusiasm and spirit. A sadness. Where do I go from here? After therapy a simple diagnosis was get out, exercise, interaction with people. Body and Brain Yoga was close to where I live so I gave it a try out for free. After that I became a member. Simple yoga exercises, the results lifted my emotional spirit and even lose some weight. I felt happier and felt that I had made a good decision… Body and Brain has also helped me to let go of the negative feelings I was carrying around. Happy to share now that I feel I’m living a strong and vigorous life with friends and family.

I have never tried yoga before and since there was ongoing stress in my life, I figured I could give it a shot. Recommended by my mother, I was able to find what I was looking for -- mediation techniques. The workouts were not intense although many poses were challenging for my because of my inflexibility (looking at you, sleeping tiger pose). What really stood out to me was the calming atmosphere and tranquil state of mind I was able to accomplish there. I am thankful to have come here for the short days I was able to attend and I would recommend anyone who is open to yoga to try this place out.

If you're doing yoga for the first time and you didn't think you can, go to Body & Brain and they will guide you on how to use your body to achieve more freedom within. No experience required. If you've been doing yoga for a long time and you want to make more progress in your journey, go to Body & Brain and you will discover some secrets that most yoga studios keep to themselves. You will also make progress. Give it a try

Hi there I am 33 years old and I been going to Body & Brain center for 9 years now. I started in Dallas then LA, and now in Vegas. I highly recommend training with any Master at Body & Brain at least once and see how you feel after. You will do some things that you never done before that might be a little strange at first but after you feel light and rejuvenated. I have seen all walks of life come though here and everyone after a few classes really feels the difference and change pretty much immediately. I highly suggest doing 10 classes for 1 month because each class is very different. Knowledge is power and Body & Brain offers not just physical activity but knowledge to use in your everyday life. Best part any age can take the class what is unique for a yoga class. Hope this helps, enjoy!

I've been wanting to join a yoga studio for some time now and I checked out many different yoga centers and none of them offered what I was looking for until I found Body & Brain center. I absolutely love this place. The combination of stretching, meditation and working with body energy is exactly what I was looking for. Also, the trainers are awesome and go above and beyond to make everyone feel like at home.

My husband and I were looking for an activity to improve our health and we both wanted to try something different that involved self awareness and not just exercise. We've been attending classes for over a month and we've already noticed improvements in our breathing, flexibility, self-control, more energy and we're sleeping much better. all masters are very helpful, the studio is very clean and we are very happy that we found body & brain yoga tai chi !!
