I
recently
started
taking
the
classes
at
Body
and
Brain,
and
I
have
to
say,
it
has
been
truly
a
transformative
experience.
The
masters
there
are
absolutely
amazing,
and
their
expertise
in
the
practice
of
yoga
is
evident
in
every
move
they
make
and
every
word
they
speak.
But
more
than
just
their
technical
skill,
what
impressed
me
most
about
the
masters
at
Body
and
Brain
was
their
genuine
care
and
concern
for
their
students.
They
create
a
warm
and
welcoming
atmosphere
that
immediately
puts
you
at
ease,
and
they
go
out
of
their
way
to
make
sure
that
each
and
every
student
feels
comfortable
and
supported.
As
for
the
yoga
itself,
I
can
honestly
say
that
it
has
made
a
tremendous
difference
in
my
life.
Before
I
started
attending
classes
at
Body
and
Brain,
I
was
struggling
with
both
insomnia
and
anxiety.
But
through
the
various
practices
taught
in
the
classes,
I
have
been
able
to
find
a
sense
of
calm
and
peace
that
I
never
thought
possible.
The
breathing
exercises
and
meditations
in
particular
have
been
incredibly
helpful
in
reducing
my
anxiety
levels
and
helping
me
to
sleep
more
soundly
at
night.
And
the
physical
practice
of
yoga
has
not
only
helped
me
to
strengthen
and
tone
my
body,
but
has
also
helped
me
to
release
tension
and
stress.
All
in
all,
I
would
highly
recommend
Body
and
Brain
to
anyone
looking
to
deepen
their
yoga
practice
or
to
find
a
way
to
cope
with
stress
and
anxiety.
The
masters
there
are
truly
exceptional,
and
the
classes
are
a
wonderful
way
to
connect
with
your
body
and
your
mind
in
a
supportive
and
nurturing
environment
