I can't say enough good things about this place! The space is huge, brightly colored, and inviting. The staff is amazing. Everyone knew my name right away, greets me every time, and I feel they have taken the time to actually get to know me. The instruction is great, everyone knows a lot about anatomy and safety. They have such a wide variety of classes and workshops and are constantly adding more. The absolute biggest thing for me is open practice anytime they are open and the unlimited membership passes. Plus there are always plenty of apparatuses available. Circus can be a pricey hobby but they offer good discounts on multiple classes/open practice and can break payments up over the session which is very helpful. Not a single complaint except I don't have the time to do it all!

Came here for my wife's birthday. Book a private trapeze lesson. The owner, Mandy was amazing setting this up for us. When we got there we worked with Elle and Scott and they were so helpful and so much fun. Highly recommend this Rochester activity to anyone looking for a fun time.

The vibe is exciting and there is something for everyone. The instructors are welcoming and genuinely interested in creating a family atmosphere. It is so much fun to see Ali's exuberance when we have a full Barre class. Mika and Swayngim are incredible at encouraging and explaining how to improve after each trapeze fly. Mindy's bungee class is a blast and accessible to anyone. If I didn't have to work for a living, I'd spend every day here.

Visited Roc City Circus with my family, and we all had a blast! We selected the flying trapeze and bungees. The three staff members that assisted our group were all enthusiastic and supportive as no one in our group had ever done these activities before. During downtime, we were able to experiment with some additional ground activities, which was an added bonus. We can't wait to go back and try more things!!

I have been taking Acro yoga classes here for 4 months now. Rob, the instructor is very skilled and is able to include each individual in the classes, no matter their ability level. It is loads of fun and great exercise! I am so much stronger since I’ve started and made some new friends too.

Great, helpful, welcoming folks. This is a great place to learn new things, and to hone any skills that you bring with you. I really like that it's not a judge-y environment-- nobody is there to show off, and nobody is there to look down on anybody for their weight or physical strength or balance or whatever. Everybody is there to learn, to have fun, and to share. I've loved Roc City Circus since my first time through the door, and I hope to keep playing there for a long time to come.

We had such a great time and will definitely be going back! The owners and instructors were extremely knowledgeable and made everyone in our group feel welcome. We had a wide range of ages with us and they were very accommodating to that and made sure that everyone was included. Safety precautions were very apparent in all aspects, including both the general safety on each apparatus and the covid protocols clearly being followed. I would highly recommend a class here to anyone!

Amazing experience at their open house! All of the instructors are super friendly. My kids had a blast, and even my boyfriend wants to come back!

My daughter wanted to have her birthday party here and we were so impressed! The kids all had a blast, played fun games, tried some aerial arts and awed at the trapeze artists practicing! Thank you Roc City Circus for an awesome birthday!!
