If you were apprehensive about your procedure you would certainly be put at ease by the beautiful surroundings and the super friendly staff. Jeana E. my laser specialist couldn’t have been more knowledgeable about the procedure and developed a plan for me right away. I enjoyed her fun personality and knew right away I was in very capable hands. My results were amazing. I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend Grand Pearl Spa.

Nicole was the person I worked with. She did a great job of explaining why what I wanted to have done was not the right option for me. She took the time to explain what would work best but no pressure at all to proceed. I won’t need to go back hopefully for 18 months but when I do I hope I can have her again. It was a good experience and I am pleased with the results.

Very friendly staff, welcoming environment. Beautiful facility. I came for a consult and it was very informative. The complimentary valet parking took the stress of downtown parking out of the equation, and that was appreciated as well. Overall this is a first class organization.

Great experience overall and Melissa was especially so knowledgeable and caring. She took her time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. Top notch all the way!

Pam, RN is the “Queen of B” (botox) in GR in my humble opinion. Have been seeing her for 15 years and never have I had a bad experience. Her Assistant, Victoria is a gem. The office is beautiful and the staff first rate. Run, don’t walk to your phone to give them a ring!

Amazing facility. Very nice and clean. Friendly staff. I sat down today for tattoo removal with Jeana. She explained the process and Gave a clear explanation of every step. What to expect. What not to expect. Answered a lot of questions about the process. Was very honest about everything. Set goals for the amount of sessions with the tattoos I wanted removed. But also explained every situation is different. I did not have one question she didn’t have an answer for. Overall, great experience. I have an appointment Friday and can’t wait to get the process started. I definitely recommend checking them out. This place is worth it and you will know it the second you walk in the door.

Today I had my first facial experience at Grand Pearl Spa with Melissa H. And my skin feels great! I have sensitive skin and Melissa could tell right away. She was very cautious and careful around my sensitive areas. Melissa even gifted me a small sample of a cooling Gel for tonight at home. Great experience & great personality!

Listen. The best experience. I scheduled this appointment week ago, blocked time off on my work calendar, received the reminders, and somehow, I still had 330 in my head instead of 3. I showed up LATE, while I thought I was on time. My skin has been frustrating me, and I was looking forward to receiving treatment. Although it was my fault, I was prepared to reschedule. At the front desk, Pam checked in with another esthetician to see if they could take me. I had little hope. I was figuring out how to free up my life to get back. Nope! Pam worked miracles for me. Could I wait until 4? YES, I CAN! Close to 4, my new skincare guardian angel arrived, Melissa. Just her name alone today resounds with education, patience, temperament, empathy, thoroughness... Did I say patience? She answered each question I had. Even questions I didn't think to ask. I chose the GP because I wanted people with experience working on my face. As a woman of color, I am apprehensive about causing more damage to my skin. I have read, seen, and heard the horror stories of treatments gone bad. So Pam and Melissa, if you are reading this - know you made my day, perhaps week. My profession allows me to zero in on customer service centricity, and GP is high class. I will be back. I am booking my next appointment - with better reminders. 😉

First time doing Botox. I was nervous & unsure of the best options for me. Victoria was so kind & informative before I went in to my appt w/Lauren & during my appt. Lauren walked me through all my options & spent time really explaining things. Super impressed with them, the facility & had a great first experience. I will be back.
