Nothing
on
the
owner,
I
really
think
she
did
all
she
could
do
honestly.
But
staff
didn’t
seem
very
reliable?
I
appreciate
you
wanting
to
make
it
right
and
have
me
back
in,
im
glad
I
came
because
it
felt
great
once
it
began.
I
did
feel
like
a
nuisance
at
one
point
because
scheduling
is
very
hard
with
you
guys.
Between
the
call
ins
and
reschedules
it’s
very
hard
for
me
scheduleIe
something
and
drive
all
the
way
out
there
to
find
out
that
my
therapist
didn’t
even
know
about
my
appointment.
I
called
in
the
morning
and
asked
for
any
availability
that
day
and
got
lucky.
Poor
receptionist
had
to
call
him
while
I
was
there
and
tell
him
he
had
a
client,
which
made
me
feel
bad
because
I
could
tell
the
receptionist
was
trying
her
hardest
and
had
to
give
me
the
foot
soak.
I
made
sure
she
got
tipped.
I’m
not
trying
to
cause
any
extra
drama
or
work
for
anyone.
I
was
happy
with
the
refund
and
massage
and
I
understand
you’re
in
the
process
of
hiring
new
people,
etc,
just
hoping
that
scheduling,
reliability
and
availability
can
start
going
smoother
for
you!
But
otherwise
a
very
cute
welcoming
shop.

at
how
business
is
ran
here.
I’ve
only
been
a
few
times
as
I
usually
would
go
to
infinity.
Well
I
really
liked
my
massage
and
I
think
it
was
a
special
they
were
running
to
book
another
120
min
massage
again
within
7
weeks
to
get
10%
off
or
something.
Didn’t
care
too
much
about
the
deal.
I
booked
wrote
the
date
down
and
about
2
days
before
my
appointment
I’m
called
and
told
it
was
canceled
and
if
this
other
time
worked.
I
was
under
the
impression
you
changed
the
time,
not
the
day,
not
the
day
and
the
time.
I
know
this
was
never
fully
communicated
to
me
or
I
would
have
said
no
due
to
conflicting
schedules.
So
that
Friday
I
never
ended
up
with
a
massage.
I
understand
no
show
charges
as
I’m
a
stylist
at
Fitgers
Salon.
But
you
guys
cancelled
on
my
actual
day,
when
I
called
to
see
the
time
you
couldn’t
find
me
for
the
right
day,
so
I
didn’t
have
one
and
I
was
mistaken.
Then
I
get
a
notification
from
my
bank
that
you
guys
took
out
$150.
So
I’m
did
have
an
appointment
and
I
guess
it
was
on
Tuesday.
So
I
missed
and
payed
for
an
appointment
that
you
called
a
no
show
when
I
had
no
idea
of
the
time/day
of
the
appointment,
and
that
it
was
cancelled,
rescheduled
for
a
different
day
AND
time,
due
to
the
masseuse,
and
I
was
never
told.
I
was
pretty
angry
to
see
you
charge
me
more
for
your
mistake
than
I
pay
at
my
place
of
work
for
a
massage!!
I
called
right
away
to
get
things
figured
out
to
have
a
receptionist
tell
me
“oh
no
im
so
sorry
that
shouldn’t
have
happened
let
me
call
the
owner,
and
I
will
call
you
back
in
the
next
ten
minutes”
I
said
okay
we
hung
up
and
I
never
received
a
call
back.
The
money
was
still
gone
from
my
bank
account
though.
I
was
very
disappointed
in
the
lack
of
communication
and
in
taking
more
than
$150
without
asking
me.
Legally
you
cannot
do
this.
Let
alone
I
received
no
notice
of
this
service!!
Did
Not
receive
a
confirmation
text
of
the
appointment.
I
would
have
never
no
showed
that
therapist,
and
yes
he
cancelled
on
me.
Very
unprofessional
not
even
calling
me
back.
