    This class has been a wonderful tool in helping me feel better and at home in my body. Sitting meditation has been challenging these past couple years due to hip pain. I highly recommend Body and Brain for anyone who is looking to feel better in their body more consistently and more relaxed in these stressful times.

    While searching for ways to cope with stress and regain lost energy, I discovered Body & Brain Tai Chi. I quickly found that Body & Brain has so much more to offer. The atmosphere is warm and supportive. The staff is very knowledgeable, patient and truly focused on helping you to achieve your goals. The Body & Brain Torrance center offers a supportive community where you can grow, learn more about yourself and feel energized. My experiences here, have had a positive and deeply profound impact on my daily life.

    After 3 weeks of class I feel very strengthen in my body core, and am able to walk with a lot of endurance. The staff are professional and very friendly. I highly recommend these classes for gaining additional body strength and feeling very limber.

    I just joined Dahn Yoga a week and a half ago, and I am already experiencing profound changes in my body and mind. I had been experiencing a lot of stress over the past few months that resulted in my entire body being achy and sore, but after one intro class and one basic yoga class, my pain was drastically reduced and after one week of classes, I am pain free and more flexible than I have been in years! My mindset is also calmer and focused, and I just feel much happier overall, despite my life stressors remaining the same. Master Choi has such a joyful and supportive presence, and all the staff and members have been so welcoming. I highly recommend Dahn Yoga, and I look forward to experiencing where this healthful practice takes my mind, body, and soul.

    I have been practicing Dahn Yoga in the Torrance Center for two months. Because of my work schedule and family commitments I can usually only go to class two, maybe three times per week. Even with that limited exposure to the Dahn Yoga experience, I am feeling so much better physically, mentally and emotionally. I feel centered and more confident. I feel a lightness in my body and I am learning to keep stress from becoming overwhelming. I always leave the class feeling refreshed, energized and positive, no matter how I felt when I arrived. Master Choi and all of the teachers are patient, caring and do not judge. They are there to help. I like the challenging physical work and also the connection that is strengthened between the body and life energy. I am so happy I am a member!

    Something very magical happens to me when I go to this Center. I’m able to leave all my life problems behind and focus on recovering my natural healing powers. I’ve learned so much about how my emotions affect the health of my body and how I can still heal my body naturally. My blood pressure improved and my sugar count has stabilized. It’s working for me.

    This place is amazing. Friendly, informative staff. The classes are fantastic with a great sense of community among the participants. Tai Chi Yoga has helped me handle the stress that one finds in life more adequately, and I have seen marked improvement in my gut health and balance. If you are looking for a place to relieve stress and get your life on track, this place is for you.

    This is a very friendly & supportive community. It has been excellent exercise that specifically targets tight muscles, fatigue, & stress reduction, and a remedy to renew strength & spirit after recent years of hard work & personal losses.

    Todays class was the best. I've joined 1 year ago. Not only has this been the m most positive class i have lorst weight and continue to excel in this class. I highly reconmens this class !.

    I'm so happy that I found this amazing place. Before I joined Body and Brain I had a lot of health issues, physical, mental and emotional but my coach Master Choi and other leaders really helps me a lot to manage my stress and to be more physically fit and mentally healthy. I love all the exercises. And most of all I love all the staff. They are so friendly and accomodating. Their tea is the best!

    If you’re looking to center yourself and stay on top of your mental health, this place is wonderful. Very attentive instructors and a warm environment allow you to decompress and find you way back to the current moment. Love Body & Brain!! :)

    Master Choi, Jan, Sue, Benji are such wonderful people. The classes are something I look forward to everyday. The energy work is also a pretty amazing thing to experience and I learn so much from them.

    Amazing! It’s a time just for me. It’s a time to heal my body, settle my mind and reenergize my life. I feel 100% better about myself. I am 60 years old this year and I have never felt better in my life. I’m healthier and happier than ever. Thank you to Master Choi and all the teachers from the bottom of my heart.
