I bought a ham and cheddar sub from here and the sub roll was moldy when I opened the plastic box.

Use to be five stars but they changed the chicken breading months ago. I was told it was temporary but since then I've tried but it's not the same as when they first opened. It's now so salty with a bad after taste that I no longer order the chicken. The pizza almost has no sauce or toppings anymore and way over priced compared to Speedway or Sheetz's. With the exception of gas or drink I no longer stop here. The employees are really nice and the store is always clean and organized.

I come here all the time never had any problem I work right up the street. So I come in one night and get food and gas and the cashier rings me up and tills my card didn’t go thro so I swipe again and it does this time so this time it did too and he changed me twice for one transaction I come back to let them know what he had done and the cashier tells me there manger will not be in till 6am and I just got off of work at 5am so I wanted up there for a hour on the supervisor named heather she get there and don’t even look at what I’m talking about she just says we have a new system mind u I go there everyday and I’m never charged twice and I was just there the day before so she continued saying it will be back on there in 24 hours no it will not be they took it off my card twice and I want my money back so I wasted a whole hour of my life waiting for this damn lady to say that smh I will never go back there I was a loyal customer and she couldn’t even give me the decency to look at what I’m talking about I’m so over friendship in North Ridgeville!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jessica in the kitchen is the absolute best!!! She will see me coming looking for a specific cookie for my son and she will let me know if there is any or offer to make them. Today is my daughter's 16th birthday and she loves the pizza from here. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 large orders of tenders and Jo Jo's. It was freash and ready right at 5om as requested. Take care of her the way she takes care of customers, she is a real asset. Merry Christmas and thank you again Jessica!

Chicken and Jojos were very good but, the breading is way too salty. Employees are ok.

Great gas station/convenience store, the food is way better than it should be and the employees are pretty awesome.

I gave this place a poor review a while back and they deserved it then but not now. The staff are friendly like the other stores and they are eager to help. Thank you, the staff has come a long way!

Great selection of food and drinks. Staff is usually friendly with the exception of one worker, believe her nametag said it was Jessica. Very sarcastic and rude towards me, also making comments about the "dot" on another customers forehead. I don't usually take time to complain about service somewhere but that's a bit out of line.

Was great until corporate cut back on the food sauce for the chicken,and the toppings on the pizza. Talk to Greg or Gary he is looking into it. If not they will lose a customer.

They have really good breakfast pizza and stuffed biscuits. They have nice variety of cold and hot beverages. Very clean and nice staff.

It’s not open 24/7 it’s always closed at night. They should update the hours or find out why the gas station is always closed with all the lights off at night!

2days in a row no coffee made. WHATS THE PROBLEM IF OPEN SHULD BE MADE

As soon as Friendship opened, my South of the Square Collision co-workers and I were treated like family and greeted with smiles every day that we came in. During the day, we stop for the delicious breakfast pizzas and for lunch, our guys cannot get enough of the popcorn chicken! Fran, Kelly and the day crew are ALWAYS amazing! Last night, our General Manager stopped in. He told me how impressed with the level of customer service that he received from Amanda - the asst. manager and Sara the Deli worker. The store is always clean, organized and well stocked. THANKS FRIENDSHIP!! WE LOVE YOU!
