Jay was absolutely amazing!! Not only did he text me a week prior to my appointment to ask what haircut I wanted and gave advice on whether the haircut I wanted was going to work, but he also took the time to get to know me and gave me the perfect haircut in the end. It was my first time going to Jay and it will not be my last!!

After going from place to place trying to find a barber with great hospitality and precision, I finally found a place to take my 8 year old son. Jamie had cut my son's hair at another location so I was happy to hear that he opened his own shop. He's great with son and does a great job as well. Look forward to taking him their for all his haircuts.

Got my first cut here since before COVID, so I had messy hair from a year and a half of doing it myself. Jay was excellent and I left looking great!! He has a lot of experience and is fun to talk to. I was in good hands. The suite is in a classy old building and is cozy - definitely a nicer vibe than a lot of the other options in downtown Elgin. I'll be back for my next haircut for sure!

Jamie has been providing great service doing hair for years. I know all too well because him being my older brother, he has been me and my moms’ personal barber for since I was child. I am now 27 years old and still receive the same great service I did when I was younger. Men hair, women hair... pretty much whatever you want done, he can do... and do it to your complete satisfaction!

My boys have been following Jamie for 11 years. Awesome cuts, listens to them regarding the style they want, very knowledgeable, know what's in, and makes it a great, positive, energetic time. Reasonable prices too. Now my niece fell in love with SuiteCUTS! / Jamie.
