My sister took my daughter and niece here to get their nails done. The lady did not want to listen to my daughter and was very rude. She wanted the Coffin style as she always gets at her regular place. The lady wouldn't do it, and when my daughter asked her to fix one she rudely told her she would later. All three (my daughter, niece and sister) look horrible. For almost $300 I would expect them to look amazing. We will definitely continue to go to Nancy's Nails in Syracuse as they do amazing work and are worth the price.

100$ for 2 pedicures. No where do they state is is 15 extra dollars just for gel vs regular polish. Horrible service and very rude. Tried to get my mom out of the chair to get more clients in when I was not done with my service. Did not want to give me my change when I gave her 4$ for the remaining balance.

I wanted to like this place, but this is the worst pedicure I’ve had in a long time sadly. I can’t believe how sloppy they are. Very sad. Definitely wouldn’t go back. I paid 50+ dollars for these people! Not good. Also, paid the extra for the heel treatment, and they are still scratchy.

I've been coming here for years, unfortunately my most recent experience was awful. The Pedicure was pretty ok, but took a long time. When it was time for the nails, it was close to closing time and she was just rushing to get done. My nails are much longer than what I asked for and she put flowers on without asking. I hate flowers on my nails then I had to pay for something I didn't want. All of my nails are different lengths it's just infuriating. Oh, and she cut my finger

This was my first pedi and they did an amazing job! The service was very relaxing and my tech was very friendly and did a great job. Considering I am a diabetic with rough feet and neuropathy, I cannot say enough good things about my experience! I will definitely be back!

I found this place on Google and didn’t know how the experience would be. I was immediately greeted and didn’t have to wait at all. The staff was so kind and attentive and made me feel that my ideas for my nails were a priority. My wedding is a week away so I needed my nails to look great! Both my pedicure and manicure turned out AMAZING and I was in and out of there within an hour and a half! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean and professional place!

Today me and my partner went to get a pedicure done hoping for a good service. At first we just wanted the $25 service but they kept insisting to get the $35 with no further explanation. After that we decided to get the $35 service they kept insisting for us to get a manicure done as well, I said yes because I needed it, however my partner said he didn’t need it several times, it felt like we were forced to get a service we were not asking for. After he said no several times the lady got mad at him and she was complaining about it. Overall it was not a very pleasing experience.

My favorite place to go because I always bring my daughter and they have cute kid chairs so the kiddos actually fit instead of being in a regular chair! I haven't priced places out around me, so they might not be the most affordable but the quality is great. The staff is so friendly, and I've never left disappointed from a pedicure! They also have a rewards/points/loyalty program so that's really nice!

Went in today and even though we were walk-ins they took us right away and did an incredible job! Not only that but I was shocked at how good the price was. Usually for a gel french tip manicure I'm spending $55 plus tip elsewhere but this place was priced extremely reasonably. He did everything I asked from nail shape and tip shape. He was even very patient with me as I don't get my nails done often so I tend to be confused when they're asking questions. I'll definitely be coming back for that price and level of service. 😊

Jenny did my nails today and she is without a doubt my new nail lady! Ugh I love her and her work! I am OBSESSED!! I will definitely be coming back!!

Love ther service! I've been going to Cindy (one of the nail techs) since i was in high school (3 years ago) and i wouldnt recommend going anywhere else but here. i absolutely love it. super quick to help customers and the quality is amazing. 10/10 recommend going here.

I had the nail artist Kenny and he did an absolutely amazing job with my nails and made my visit there very comfortable and made sure I was ok with how the nails looked every step of the way.

Absolutely love love love this place! Been going here for a while Cindy and her nail techs are the sweetest and always make sure you’re happy with your nails. Nail design you want Cindy can do ;) So clean and got a cute pedicure spot for kids. Great prices too! Never loved a nail salon so much I don’t go anywhere else. Recommend this spot to anyone looking to get a cute nail set or pedicures!!

I love this salon all the employees are very respectful, it’s very clean and up to date they greet everyone that walks in the door , Tammy definitely slayed my nails . 💅 💯 10/10
