I can not say enough good things about this place. Just to add some numbers, a 90 minute massage at Message Envy with all the extras is around $270, at Ogden Massage for Pain Relief for a 120 minute massage with any extra you want is only $198. You don't have to pay extra for hot stones, essential oils, cupping,.... amazing deal. I have gone to 2 different therapist there and loved both for different reasons. I like going to Bard because she knows her stuff. She can tell where the pain is and makes suggestions based on her experience. Highly recommend.

Had the privilege of going here for the first time yesterday. The atmosphere was very nice and my masseuse Sammie Fernandez was great. It felt like she had removed my back muscles and was kneading them in her hands while using my back as a table, it was incredible. I didn’t know muscles could do that. She also took the time to teach me what a psoas muscle is along with other large medical words that made me question if Sammie was a doctor who moonlighted as a masseuse for fun. Anyway, I highly recommend coming to see Sammie.

I came in today with a severely tense and painful shoulder and neck after digging out a buried snowmobile last week. Barb focused on my neck with cups, hot stones, essential oils, and massage and I left feeling relaxed and the pain and tension was gone. Thank you Barb.

Barb gave an awesome massage and was very attentive to what I wanted. She checked in with me throughout my time with her making sure I was happy. She is very good and informative. She keeps learning new things to further her skills and takes a lot of pride in her work. This professional therapeutic facility is a life saver. I am working through some sport overuse injuries and have a path forward for pain relief and continuing fitness. I've been going to Ogden Massage for Pain Relief since they opened. They are the best. They truly try to help you be pain free. I used to live in Ogden and moved to Draper three years ago. I drive up there from Draper to get my massages. Tawni, April, Barb, and Rick have all been great! I tend to over work my body clearing trees on my 5 acres of land for the last two years. They all have helped me with what ever I messed up! Last month, Rick worked on my Sciatica nerve pain. He is very knowledgeable and I'm happy to report I'm pain free. Tawni and Barb worked on my psoas that I overworked. I would recommend any of the therapists at Ogden Massage for Pain relief.

I haven't had many massages but this was genuinely the best massage I've ever had. I will return and Rick really knows his stuff! 10/10 for me.
