I thought after I came out of my first free session that I would never want to come back again because I’d be too sweaty and hot, and while yes I was sweaty, the sauna has dry heat so it really wasn’t that bad. Afterwards, I felt cleaner and lighter and had more energy. I absolutely love it!! I’ve told all my friends about it and now they can’t wait to try it too!

Love this place! Super convenient, clean, safe and such a great workout! Turn up the heat and work hard! Love the hot cycle and the hot thunder. Friendly and accommodating staff. Try it out!

This place is my second home. I love it so much. The staff is so friendly, fun, and professional. Not to single anyone out but Brooke is amazing!!!! Such a bright soul, if I’m not feeling my workout and she happens to be there when I go, she always gives me energy and motivation

I love this location! The staff was very accommodating and their professionalism was second to none. Honestly, they had me at hello. From the moment I walked in, I saw how clean and refreshing the facility was. I immediately signed up after about 10 minutes into the tour. After seeing the environment and all the amenities that were offered, I knew that this would be my second home on my journey to better health.

I absolutely am so grateful to be a member of HOTWORX. Juli signed me up about a month ago and I feel that HOTWORX is my second home now considering I am originally from Chicago. The workouts are intentional in such a way that you earn the burn and feel amazing doing it!!! Love this location! All the girls at the desk are BEYOND sweet. They have done a great job dealing with Covid-19. Very sanitary. So glad I found a gym I love going to!

Hot Pilates and hot yoga are my faves! Especially after a hot Pilates workout. I feel stronger and refreshed after the workout due to the heat and the in-sauna recovery that we do. And while you might think that a video work out would get boring, They cycle through videos quickly enough that I have yet to lose interest in a workout because I've seen the video too much . All in all, five stars- thank you HotWorx for helping me focus on my fitness at times that work for me.
