My hubby booked a spa day for us for Valentine's Day and it was truly amazing. GiGi made sure we felt welcomed and my massage therapist Emily made me feel relaxed and refreshed. The ambiance is peaceful and the VIP lounge room has snacks, books of encouragement, and refreshments. We enjoyed Mimosas and Nate's chocolate chip cookies along with specialty chocolates. If you are looking to romance your honey or simply refresh yourself, this is the place to be!

Simply amazing. So peaceful and accommodating. I saw Jordan for nails and I was nervous because I have a severe autoimmune condition that leaves me sensitive to certain things as well as immunosuppressed. I have not had my nails done since I got sick in 2020. Jordan wore her mask so I’d feel comfortable and safe, told me about her thorough cleaning process and products, and was also creative about making sure my hands and feet were protected from the UV light for the gel curing. Not to mention the nails look beyond beautiful especially with my new engagement ring! We will be back soon!!! So excited to have found this gem where I can continue to enjoy getting pampered in a safe way for my condition!

Hands down the best Spa that I've been to in years. Victoria gave me the best deep tissue massage that I've missed since my military doctor moved 4 years ago. It was really hard to actually find someone who is talented in their craft since living in the midlands! We were given the VIP treatment the entire visit and it's hard to please my husband when it comes to spa's and he gives it 10 🌟. Check them out folks...you won't be disappointed!

Love the atmosphere. Leah at the front desk is always to sweet. I searched all over for a nail tech to actually do my nails and feet that I trust to be sanitary and do a great job.... I found Ms. Jordan. She is kind, patient, and does a phenomenal job. She is precise and meticulous about how her masterpieces look. If you are looking for someone to do your acrylics and pedis...look no further because she is tuly a gem!

The float tank was a fabulous experience! This salon and spa is wonderful and the owner, Gigi is so friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely coming back here!

Enhance Image is absolutely the best! My husband recently treated me to a full day experience in this wonderful place. It was my first experience in the float therapy pod. It was SO relaxing! The therapeutic massage was the best I have ever received! The facials time by GiGi was the most professional and specialized as well as relaxing. This Med Spa has all the up to date equipment and the staff is well trained in their specialties. The facility is beautifully decorated with relaxing features. After struggling with a pulled muscle in my neck and trying two other locations in Lexington I scheduled a deep tissue massage with Emily. This was the BEST experience I’ve had with a spa and a masseuse. Emily was knowledgeable and experienced. This is the first relief I’ve had in 6 weeks. I will definitely be back for follow up treatment and look forward to trying other services offered.

This was a great experience. I have never felt more relaxed at a spa. You get your own locker, robe, slippers, snacks, etc. I got a facial and massage. Everyone was kind and professional. I will definitely be returning!

I had the ultimate relaxation experience at Enhance Image Spa⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As soon as you walk in you are greeted with smiling faces ready to provide the most enjoyable experience. As a busy Mom who works daily in a very stressful environment I was so eager to have a day to relax and enjoy! Infact I was so relaxed following my facial and massage that I had to get a coffee to wake myself up at 3 in the afternoon!

I got the Head over Heels massage with Victoria and it was heavenly! First massage I’ve had where I completely shut my brain off and relaxed. Victoria was attentive to my needs (I had indicated some postpartum discomfort) and not only spent extra time working on those areas, but also gave me some at-home ideas for extended relief. I got the 60 minute and wish I had done the 90!

Had a wonderful birthday experience along with balloons for added touches! They went the extra mile today! Great place to visit. Clean and very zen. Everyone was so sweet and pleasant. I’ll definitely be back!! Thank you all who took care of me today!
