Loved my experience! First time doing lip fillers and they look amazing. I have a needle phobia and Kristen made me feel so comfortable and explained everything during the process. I actually passed out halfway though (ugh) but the entire staff was so friendly and understanding. 10/10 recommend for the great work and wonderful staff

I am a 71 year old not aging well. I have never had any treatments prior to my visit. The entire experience with this spa was outstanding. The entire staff was friendly, funny, detail oriented throughout the entire process. I was scared to death and they were comforting and encouraging. They were honest in their assessment and did not give any unreasonable result expectations. My clinician, Kristen was amazing and respectful when telling me which facial area would be more painful than other areas. Ladies I am an old sole that believes in graceful aging but wanted to feel more attractive in family photos. I am 100% promoting this spa.

UPDATE!!! I've had filler and laser hair removal done with Kelli and I'm so happy! I get so many compliments! I'm hooked! Kelli made my lip and cheek filler look so natural and beautiful! Totally recommend Kelli here at S. Thetics❤️ All of the other staff I've met are super sweet too!! I love this place! Kelli was so awesome and very helpful. There is so much they can help you with. A consultation will open your eyes!

I saw Patty today for my second of a series of 4 FYBBL treatments for sun spots/damage on my face. Patty is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions, refreshed my memory of what today's treatment effects would be, made me aware of what I could expect in the days to come and what to expect in the future treatments. I continue to look forward to receiving her services and the happiness it will ultimately bring.

Kelli is wonderful! What she has done to soften and erase lines on my forehead and revive some plumpness in my cheeks is amazing. She explained everything, gave me choices and asked questions to help find the best product fit for my needs. She followed up to see how I was doing. I'm very happy with my results.

They spend the time with their clients, listen to what they want/need, make suggestions and create a plan! And I’ve rarely been there when there wasn’t some kind of ongoing training happening! Their communication and follow up is like no other service. Lawrence is lucky to have this caliber of med spa!!

Wow! My first experience ever in a medspa and was not disappointed! Kelli and the owner Shay did a fantastic job at putting me at ease, answered my question and made very accurate suggestions about my 62 year old crows feet and forehead wrinkles. Kelli did the injection like a pro with no pain. Within minutes the wrinkles around my eyes relaxed, tightened and disappeared. Definitely recommend S. Thetics, very professional and comfortable! Strongly recommend Kelli as an consultant and injector. Awesome!

Had a facial with Sheryl this afternoon--and it was the BEST facial I have ever had (and I've had a lot of them!). My skin never felt better, and the neck/shoulder massage made me so relaxed I hated to leave. Sheryl is absolutely incredible, and I am going to go back monthly because it was such a great experience.

Had my first in a series of three BBL photo facial's today. Overall, the experience was good. The procedure was not painful for me, just felt warm and zappy sensation with warmth afterwards. I am looking forward to seeing the results on my brown spots.
