Appointment clerks are kind. The phlebotomist is very good at her job and personable. Clean building with some toys for the kids.

In my opinion this is the best CBOC in Missouri. Haven't had one issue in six years.

Seems they must be understaffed because I can't think of any other reason how anyone would make my 85 year old father wait in a car in hot weather for more than 30 min!! He was having some sinus issues. Finally we went in to REMIND them we were still there. Finally he gets tested for covid and was negative. Then they did nothing, no appointment was given, no offer of help of any kind. They told him to take some Tylenol!!! Are you kidding me! No bp check, no looking at his ears, which were so stuffy he couldn't hear out of. Neglect is the word that comes to mind! They are so scared of C19 that they can't function, pathetic!

Been to several VA's this one is best all around. Easy to get inside, close parking, fast friendly people at the desk, never waited over a few minutes past my appointment, most times are called back early, easy to enter & clean bathrooms, Great Doctors & nurses. Optical department. For a small clinic highly recommend it.

FIVE + STARS! I have had excellent service from day one with these folks. They truly care about veterans and it shows in their friendly manner and willingness to work with you with your health matters and schedules The organization is always very neat, clean and well organized. It is easily accessible and can serve a large variety of health matters. I encourage all veterans in the surrounding area to check this place out! For those that already are part of this VA Clinic, make sure you are getting your annual checkups and letting them know if you are having health issues between scheduled check-ups; don't put them off for later. I retired in 1993 and until I went to the Warrensburg VA clinic I had never had a pharmacist schedule an appointment with me or make follow up phone calls. Brian is an amazing pharmacist . I have only seen my doctor once and I am 100 % comfortable with him. Great friendly clinic!

My husband had an appointment just to have blood work waited 30 min past his appointment time with several people who just walked in way after him get called right back. He went up to say he's leaving and THEN THE LADY SAYS OH I'M SORRY THEY DIDNT SIGN YOU IN !!!!! REALLY

90% disabled PTSD showed zero help and there lack of care and ended up on the vet suicide crisis line. If not for them I would be another statistic and all I needed was some help
