Their breakfast biscuits are out of this world delicious. We’ve been twice and they are consistently perfect. Though it’s not officially on the menu, they can make them vegetarian (I sub the sausage for an extra egg). Looking forward to trying some of their other baked goods in the future!

My husband ordered a carot cake for my birthday and requested Bethany add her own special touch of flavors, frosting, and decorating. What we received was far beyond expectations. The pumpkin cream cheese frosting was beautifully and thoughtfully garnished with fresh rosemary, candied walnuts and craisins. The cake was moist and all of the flavors were amazing together to create the perfect fall inspired birthday cake. B's Bake Shoppe does great work and did not disappoint!

I had business in Canby Friday morning, so I looked for a good breakfast place. So glad I stopped at B's. If anything is better than an egg sandwich on a honey-glazed rosemary biscuit, I'm not sure what it is. (And, yes, that biscuit has a bit of crunch in the crust and soft, fluffy insides.) The hot chocolate was delicious, too. Other sandwich options that day were a croissant or a sourdough English muffin, so basically you couldn't go wrong. And I was unable to resist getting a couple pastries to go. (A brownie and a mini marionberry crumb cake — yum! The brownie didn't even make it home.) Next time I might take advantage of the outdoor picnic table seating, but the inside is inviting and comfortable. The people are great, too, and the service is fast and efficient. If more people knew about this place, it would be standing-room only. Definitely worth the short drive off the beaten track.

There's really just something about a bakery that gets to my heart. The display of freshly baked things, the smells, watching the magic unfold as piles of pillowy dough are worked before becoming delightful loaves of bread. B's Bake Shoppe is the kind of place that has made sourdough bread and other treats a staple in Canby and my heart is happy for that. I stopped by the other day for lunch and to check out the newly expanded dining space. Lots of room to enjoy your time, and even have a lunch date or meeting at spacious tables. You’ll find a great lunch menu featuring their in-house bread, but also breakfast items and an espresso menu. I ordered the tomato soup and a chicken salad sandwich. It was all so good! The chicken salad was perfect. Not too gooey (from mayo, you know?), and had the perfect balance of flavor from what I thought was tarragon and fennel. Sometimes chicken salad can have too much red onion, but this was a fantastic balance with tiny diced pieces rather than giant hunks. The iced latte I had was also perfect. It's worth the stop...and do take home a loaf of freshly baked bread.

Had the bacon/egg/cheese breakfast croissant with a 16oz black coffee. Not only was the croissant fresh and flaky, it was delicious. The total cost was very reasonable. Counter person was friendly, prompt and helpful. The facility and tables were clean. Purchased a loaf of Foccia bread to go and it to was delicious.

Like to stop in at least once a week, never disappointed. Excellent flavor in the pastries and bread, java is good also.

This bakery is amazing, an absolute hidden gem. Their bread is wonderfully unique. The pastries were delicious, and the recreation of popular candy bars looked fantastic. The biggest thing for me, (and a lot of why i am writing a review) was the London Fog (earl grey latte), one of the best I've had, my wife agrees and we will be making this a more routine stop.

This place is a gem. Their coffee is great. All of their food is made from scratch with care and attention to detail. I've had their breakfast croissants, several pastries, and their fresh daily breads. All exceptional. The space they've created for people to gather is warm and welcoming. Owners and staff are pros. Canby is lucky!

Best and biggest egg, cheese and sausage biscuit we've ever had! Friendly service, cool atmosphere, cozy chairs or tables. Great coffee, nummy tea and incredible baked goods!

The pretzels cost more than shown on their sign menu ($2, now $5)! Did not update there chalkboard sign, not paper menu! Big price increase for bad pretzels! They were not good, needed flavor and salt! Did not taste like a pretzel, just browned dough! My friend loved her rolls.
