I've booked and had one successful hair cut/style at this salon and had such a good experience I booked again with another stylist (the one I used initially is no longer there). The morning of my 10am appointment we got a snow/ice storm and there was no way I could make it safely. I was threatened with a 50% fee for canceling (when I attempted to call the salon many times to let them know before 10am and left a voicemail). I booked again trying to get a hair cut two weeks in advance then the night before I received a text that said my booking was changed. So I didn't go and got a call reminding me of my appointment THEN they wouldn't rebook me without putting my card on file for a charge to "protect the stylist". This was on the salon and not me and they never would accept my reservation. I will never go back to this salon for business and will not refer anyone there. Terrible way to manage your clients.

I got lash extensions from Katie and I absolutely love them! She’s super quick and they turned out perfect!!!

I got my nails done in gel, and before 24 hours were even up, they were peeling (the color). So I tried to get a make an appointment for a quick fix which would have taken all of 5 minutes, and they couldn't manage to fit me in.Super upset I spent that much without even a simple accomodation to fix their mistake. I told them my hours I worked and they kept suggesting times while I would be at work. Won't be going back.

Booked an appointment for my wife a week in advance thinking it was all ready to go. Shows up for her appointment and she isn’t in the system. The appointment hadn’t been confirmed and there was no communication saying that, so she showed up to find out that she wasn’t getting her nails done that day. Have heard nothing but good things about this place so was really disappointed with the experience.

BEST PLACE TO GET NAILS DONE IN CEDAR. Also super cute dresses but you have to make an appointment to look at one.

Too expensive for a fill and to fix a nail and I never heard of 80 dollar fill I don't plan to go back I never heard of a nail salon that's not experience with long nails.

I absolutely adore all the girls here! I have gotten my nails, toes, spray tan, wax, and hair done multiple times and have always left satisfied! Bailee has been doing my hair for a year and she is absolutely amazing! Best salon by far🤍

Absolutely NOT plus size friendly tanning staff. I was verbally embarrassed. And the color was a horrible orange even with correction. I asked for a natural look.
