Went in on a Wednesday night a little after they had opened. Was greeted by a friendly staff, they even ducked so as to not be in my little video I was taking of their place which I thought was decorated really well, love the light fixtures, thought this was sweet and thoughtful of them. Our server was “G” very nice and helpful, he explained the menu items and spice levels very well. We ordered the chicken tikka and the chicken hyderabadi both at medium spice and both dishes were really good. Food was made fresh, tasted amazing and price was very reasonable. I will definitely be frequenting Paradise.

I recently dined on Saturday and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. I have been a regular patron of your establishment and have always enjoyed the delicious meals you offer. However, during my recent visit, I encountered an issue that I believe needs addressing. My party and I ordered extra puris to accompany our chhole bhature. To our surprise, we were charged the price of puri bhaji for these additional puris, resulting in a substantial increase in our bill from $2 to $12. I understand that pricing may vary, but this sudden and unexpected increase felt unreasonable. Upon discussing this matter with our server, Meghna, she mentioned that the decision to charge for the extra puris was based on instructions from the owner. Unfortunately, this was not clarified to us prior to placing the order, leading to confusion and a sense of overcharging on our part. I have always held paradise Indian cuisine Restaurant in high regard and have never encountered such an issue in the past. As a loyal customer, I believe in open communication and transparency, and I trust that such matters can be resolved amicably. Also puris were full of oil which shown to server but they overlook. I kindly request to owner that you look into this situation and address the concern of overcharging. It is my hope that Paradise continues to maintain its reputation for excellent food and exceptional customer service. I look forward to your response and hope that this feedback will contribute to the ongoing improvement of you

We had an incredible dining experience at Paradise Indian restaurant. This establishment truly deserves five stars for their outstanding food and service. The freshness and deliciousness of the dishes were beyond compare. The appetizers were mouthwatering, and the biryani was exceptionally tasty. The superb service offered by Rishitha, Teja, and Venu genuinely distinguished this restaurant for us. They were not only friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They provided excellent recommendations for dishes, adding to the overall enjoyment of our meal. Their exceptional service warrants recognition. Overall, Paradise restaurant is undoubtedly the best in the Cleveland area. If you're looking for a delightful culinary experience with fresh and flavorful food, coupled with outstanding service, this is the place to go. Five stars all the way!

Awesome food. Hemanth was an excellent host. Very attentive and helpful with menu items. We were unable to get cocktails, because the bartender didn't show, so, that was a bummer. The menu is extensive. A lot of choices. Love the decor and atmosphere. All in all, an excellent dining experience.

Vishal and the lady server (sorry forgot her name) were amazing. Food tasted great, beautiful ambience, even the restrooms were quite clean. Didn’t have to wait long to get the food. Thanks for the awesome experience!

I never write reviews but felt that I really had to share my amazing experience here. The food was so delicious and so flavorful! The restaurant is furnished beautifully and it’s very clean and beautiful. Vishal was our server and he was very attentive and had great recommendations! They have 5 levels of spice level to accommodate anyone. This food it truly authentic and reminded me of my trip to Goa, India so much! This is the second time to this restaurant and it was great! Definitely will be back!

This was my first time having food from Paradise. It tasted delicious. If you know me, I love fresh tasting food with robust flavor. Paradise did not disappoint. I will be back and thank you to the hostess. I forgot her name, but it begins with the letter M. Shrimp Manchurian + egg fried rice

Amazing Indian food - strong flavors and great quality proteins. Highly recommend! I love spice, but if you’re sensitive be sure to mention. Our server G was great, very knowledgeable and accommodating.

The Paradise Special Chicken Biryani was excellent. Rice was delicately flavored and perfectly cooked. The slight crunchiness of the chicken gave the dish a fun texture with each bite. Accompanying raita was really good and offset the biryani nicely. We ordered mild and the spice level was just right for us. A little heat, but not overpowering. Serving size is very generous - plenty to carry home and enjoy again. The restaurant decor is clean and uncluttered. Our server, Meghanala was very pleasant and helpful.

This is the best Indian food I've had. I'm traveling from California and its even better than any place I've eaten there. I love that you can choose your spice level from 1-5. The staff are very kind and efficient. RahuI was my server and he got my order just right and the spice level was perfect. I couldn't recommend Paradise more highly. It truly is paradise. Thank you.

The service and food were spectacular! I’ve never had Indian food before, but I am obsessed now! I had the Chicken 65 and Fried Rice. The service was amazing, G took care of me and gave me great recommendations. I had an appetizer, entree and dessert because I wanted to keep trying more.

I find that Paradise was an affordable and quality option for Indian food. There are a handful of good spots in Aurora, Solon, Twinsburg, etc., and I find this place to be one of the better restaurants. The menu items are either fairly unique/not found easily at other restaurants (ex Myrose Masala Dosa) or a great version of something more common (ex Garlic Naan). We got two entrees, an appetizer, and an order of naan for under $50, so, especially for the price, I would recommend Paradise to anyone looking for a sit down, Indian restaurant.

Everything was perfect! The food was freshly made and delicious. The service was expedient. Our server, Maggy, was friendly and professional. The environment was clean and welcoming. This was my second time here and I will return.

The food was delicious! The dosa was great and I really enjoyed the chicken korma. It was definitely spicier than other Indian food I have had, even the American mild, so order accordingly. G was our server and he was so helpful to both great suggestions. We will be back!

The food and the place is amazing and wonderful!! It was our first time visit and we’re definitely going to come again:)! Ash was excellent and she served our table perfectly. We really enjoyed our time here and my 2 yr old loved the pa-pad:)

My wife, daughter (9 yr), and I visited this restaurant after my daughter's volleyball practice (730pm on Sunday). My wife found this place on Google and saw a lot of favorable reviews. The first thing I noticed when we entered was how nice it looked compared to typical Indian restaurants. It has a modern look and is cozy with dimmed lighting. They have no physical menus. Instead, they have a card with a QR code that you scan to look at their offerings. We were seated immediately, allowing us to choose wherever we wanted to sit. The server came to our table quickly and served us water and a thin, crispy chip-like appetizer. My wife ordered samosas (comes with 2 and dipping sauce) and dosa. I ordered chicken Tikka masala (American mild) because I didn't feel like spending the rest of the evening on the toilet. My daughter got butter naan. All of the food was very good. The only mistake was that they brought me butter chicken instead of my order but no complaints because it was still delicious. The naan was more airy and crispy than thick and doughy that I'm used to from other Indian restaurants, but I still enjoyed it. The butter chicken was spicy. I don't think I would recommend ordering for a child if they can't tolerate a little heat. My wife's dosa was outstanding with all of the dipping sauces. Overall, it's a great place for dinner, and we would recommend this restaurant.

Being a non-local visitor to Solon, I came across this restaurant during a business trip. Food was okay. Here's a breakdown of the dishes: Naan: A perfect 5 out of 5. Goat Biryani: Would rate it 3 out of 5. Andhra Chicken Curry: Scored a 2.5 out of 5.

First off I am not familiar with Indian Cuisine. I did not have to be. I went there by request from my daughters and we all sampled something different. Vishal was our guest host and I ordered Chicken tikka (2 on the 1-5 hot scale) it was perfect the flavors were amazing and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Baby A had Gongura chicken ( 3 on the scale ) served with Basmati rice, again chicken perfectly cooked, flavors were amazing. 3 as expected was noticeably hotter than mine. Baby B ordered Chicken Hyderabadi, also served with basmati rice (1 on the scale ) again chicken perfectly cooked and flavors were great.

I’ve heard such wonderful things about Paradise and have been wanting to try it. I ordered the chana masala and garlic naan for pickup. It’s hands down the best I’ve ever had!! Pickup was easy and they were very kind. Looking forward to bringing friends and family in to try it soon. 10/10!!!!
