Been on a road trip and we needed some clean, healthy food. Not only was it clean, healthy and organic, it was delicious. The owners have created a little oasis and we ate outside on their plant filled patio. I had cream of mushroom soup with a Greek salad, amazing!

Putting it lightly we are VERY picky where we eat!! This place is our new favorite restaurant! High quality food, top rate customer service, delicious food and gluten free options!! If you have high standards this is the place for you!!

I wish this cafe was closer to my house. I was looking for a place to eat which had organic ingredients (I have autoimmune disease and it's important for me to eat toxin-free). I ordered vegetable omelette with potatoes and soda bread. The bread was one of the most delicious bread I've eaten. Also the apricot jam was so good I asked for more. Everything was super fresh and it felt good nourishing my body with healthy ingredients. I couldn't not mention how friendly the owners were - they have wonderful customer service skills. I was happy to support them and hope to come back again soon. Read someone mentioning religious music - haven't noticed it at all today and while I'm not religious at all - you're coming to their restaurant, you can't tell them what music to play at their restaurant, you're their guest.

Fresh. Flavorful. Friendly. Every detail has been attended to at this charming restaurant. Organic and gluten-free are centerpieces, rather than side mentions. You definitely want to come with great expectation of marvelous food. My chicken pesto crepe was as good as it gets, and generous enough to supply me with lunch the next day. The quantity of chicken was high. My guest and I shared an apple spice crepe (La Normande) on a gluten-free crepe. I was dubious, but I detected virtually NO difference in this alternative crepe. It’s not the expected buckwheat, but a clever blend of other grains that produce and excellent crepe, neither tough nor gritty. For later in the day, you’ll find a surprisingly rich array of organic wines and beers. I’ll be back to peruse the offerings some evening. Meals are served on such lovely pottery. Many would hesitate to serve guests in these pieces, much less in a restaurant, where breakage is more common. The owners/chef are quick to respond to your interest. Indulge a chat if you have time. You won’t be disappointed.

Yumi helped us order food and had seasonal special suggestions. She was very friendly and had great energy. Ordering vegan was seamless and I got the berry and nut crepe and a turmeric latte with soy milk. My partner had an omelette and said it was light, fluffy, and delicious. Everyone made us feel welcome and taken care of. We appreciate you so much!

The food was amazing, the staff was friendly, and the service was incredibly quick. We had a large group, but they managed to get us seated and food out to us in record time. The crepes were amazing! Highly recommend.

Very fresh and delicious. Our first time here and will definitely be in a lot more! Sweetest family run business. Very clean. We had the turkey spinach crepe, chicken curry lentil soup, and season fruit crepe. Yum!!

Hidden gem! This is the perfect place to refuel after a hike or bike ride. The owners are welcoming and the amazing food tastes as good as it looks! I’ll definitely be back for the crepes next time!

Really lovely family run restaurant! We got the salmon and beet salad and a crepe. The salad was really delicious! The homemade hazelnut sauce was a bit grainy but the rest of the crepe was good. Note that it comes with whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top, even if that isn’t listed as part of the crepe

We stumbled upon this place a few years ago and it’s been a family favorite ever since~the food is delicious for breakfast or lunch~even my kids ask to come for the berry crepes! Gluten free and dairy free options make it the perfect place for all dietary needs. Truly a friendly atmosphere and delicious experience.

Dear God in heaven, what an amazing experience. Margherita crepe was light, cheesy and tomatoey. Mom had Thai curry peanut crepe and it was really good. Also had a salmon beet salad which was a special for the day. Everything was so tasty. Had to also opt for dessert. Redding, you have a gem in your midst.

New in town and found the small bistro very refreshing with a friendly, honest and helpful owner who says it's a family owned and operated business. He took our order, informed us that no pork products or shellfish is served there but cleaner meats are served in their place (tastier, too), and made appreciated observations that were noted by our family. Not a large menu selection, but reasonable. Menu apparently changes on scheduled days when they close down at 2pm and go get ready to do the dinner segment around 5pm where new menu items come in. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Le Testimony is the place to eat! The chef is excellent! My husband and I ate lunch today. I had a awesome bowl of hearty vegetable soup-“AH-MAZ-ZING! My husband had the Turkey-Spinach savory crepe which was deliciously light but chock full of turkey. If you want a delightful culinary experience, Le Testimony is the place to go in Redding!
