I had filler done here on my lips and they did an amazing job making me comfortable during the whole experience! I'm in love with my results! Jen is very experienced with filler and Botox. Both Jen and the owner, Katrina, brought me so much joy from the great conversations we had and are empathetic and caring. Queer/trans friendly. My partner and I feel safe here and we love the staff!

I discovered KLS several months ago and have had the opportunity to have a variety of services. Each visit exceeds my super high expectations. Katrina and Jen are perfectionists in their work. My skin is extraordinarily fussy so I had some trepidation about a few of the treatments but, with their care, I’ve seen only positive results. They never make me feel like I’m a demanding client (even though I am!). I appreciate how easy it is to schedule online and answers to my questions are only a phone call or text away. I’m a very happy customer!

Start to finish my experience at KLS was wonderful! All my questions were answered by the very patient young man in the receiving area. He scheduled me with nurse Jen. Jen is amazing. All of my questions were answered, again. She asked me great question about my treatment I hadn’t thought of myself and she took her time. She also kept crying to make sure I was comfortable. Katrina made it a point introduced herself and thank me for coming making sure I enjoyed my service. The whole experience was warm and welcoming and professional. I started coming here after I saw my sister’s micro needling results from here. Her skin was glowing and looked so youthful and I wanted that for myself too! It was my first time doing micro needling and I was a little scared of the procedure. Katrina did an awesome job explaining the whole process and making me feel super comfortable. She is so sweet, kind, very welcoming and truly makes the experience so much better. I love my results! I can noticeably see the difference in my complexion and my dark spots and fine lines have faded. I like working with professionals who are passionate about their job and who know exactly what they are doing. Katrina is very passionate about the human skin, she has vast knowledge on anything skin-from cleaning, hydration, skin care just about anything. I was impressed at all the things she taught me on the initial visit. I had full trust in her handling my skin. I even brought in my mum because the results i got from here were exceptional.

KLS Aesthetics has amazing staffs, Valerie, Will and Katrina are soo kind. I loved my facial and my B12 injection with one of the doctors (hahhaha I forgot her name gosh but she’s amazing too). I don’t normally leave reviews so when I say this place has everything for your beauty needs, it does with a great bonus of pleasant staffs and a beautiful environment.

This was my first time at KLS but my second time getting Botox injections. I absolutely love the results and Nurse Jen was so warm and made me feel so comfortable the whole time!! Even Will at the front desk was so kind and was able to answer all of my questions. KLS will def be my new place for cosmetics.

Today was my first visit at KLS Aesthetics and first time ever getting lip filler. Immediately when I walked in, the owner, Katrina greeted me which such warm energy and welcomed me in. I instantly felt a sense of tranquility being in her spa. I chatted up a storm with Katrina, being a fellow Euro Institute graduate myself, and later got to meet one of the estheticians there, Valerie, who also attended the Euro Institute. Once it was time for my appointment, my injector, Keri took me into the room and sat me down. She began asking what made me interested in getting lip filler and other clarifying questions. I had wanted to get lip filler for about 2 years and figured there had been no better time than now to do it! Keri is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions/ concerns before she began the the procedure. Knowing it was my first time getting lip filler, Keri made me SO comfortable and even gave me a stress ball and a vibrating facial device to put on my chest to distract me from my fear of needles. The overall pain level of getting injections was 0/10, I only actually felt the needle maybe once or twice the entire time she was injecting me (the numbing creams WORKS, trust me)! My lips are so beautiful, I feel much more confident after getting them done. I had such a wonderful experience at KLS Aesthetics, thank you, Katrina, and her whole entire team for making me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I look forward to coming back for my facial with Valerie in February!

Yesterday was my first visit to KLS for a facial. I was greeted by Belinda, met Katrina, and then had a facial with Valerie. Everyone was warm and inviting! Valeria did an amazing job and is very knowledgeable about skin care and the products/treatments that she used during my visit. I have a reoccurring rash that appears on my forehead and was treated with a product that both Katrina and Valerie recommended. The rash is gone this morning, so thankful to KLS Aesthetics!

I cannot say enough good things about KLS! Everyone was super kind and incredibly knowledgeable! I worked with Nurse Karen for my filler and she spent 2 hours with me making sure everything was just perfect! The whole team from start to finish was a joy to work with and Karen is truly an ARTIST!!! This was my first experience with KLS but I will be going there from now on! They are fantastic!!! Highly recommend!!!

Such a great experience! They were very knowledgeable, and caring throughout the facial I had. I went to get a chemical peel and as someone who is a black women/poc i usually am cautious when it comes to my skin sensitivity but KLS did their thing and I feel refreshed and came out with a healthy glow. Highly recommend coming in to get your skincare taken care of at this spot! The staff is so sweet making the service even more enjoyable.

Amazing place ! Nurse Jen and Katrina are great. nurse jen really helped me with PRP treatments and is super caring and helpful and is the best at what she does. Katrina is very welcoming, nice and respectful, she is very good at helping me get in for my appointments. I highly recommend.

In the consultation, the esthetician really paid attention to my skin's needs. She gave me solid answers to my questions and some useful recommendations.
