Jen is super talented!! Getting filler can be nerve wracking but she explained step by step what areas she felt I needed filler and how that would improve the areas I needed improvement in. She didn’t try to oversell. She told me exactly what I needed. She listened to my concerns. And she talked me through the whole procedure. Her front office staff is also great! Overall a great experience.

I drive 3 hours to see Illume, they are that good. They are precise, particular AND efficient. My injectables are always tasteful and flattering but Jen does a fantastic job executing the look I’m trying to achieve. Pricing is competitive and they use a number of programs to help with costs. Plus, every staff member is enjoyable and personable. Get my work done and genuinely enjoy the ladies around me, can’t beat that!

Absolutely recommend Illume, I've had exclusively positive experiences with them. All the staff have been nothing but respectful and kind, and while I'm usually rather anxious with people Rae was immediately welcoming and friendly and put me at ease. I received a Diamond Glow facial from Rae Shaffer and it was wonderful. Rae is so kind, skilled, and highly knowledgeable in regard to products and treatments, and she always makes me feel welcome and comfortable! The treatment itself included all the steps my skin needed - cleansing, exfoliation, hydrating masks, and additional serums. It was so great I had to schedule another one. Thanks, Illume for being fabulous!

Jen and the staff at Illume are so awesome. All the ladies are so kind and accommodating. Scheduling is such a breeze, the office is immaculate and comfortable, easy parking, easy to get to, the ladies at the desk are welcoming and immediately offer beverages. I’ve been twice now for filler/Botox treatment with Jen who is such an awesome and lovely human, she makes the experience so comfortable and easy. The most relaxed I’ve ever felt around needles, let alone getting needles in my face :) . Also they have an awesome membership program. 10/10 would recommend !

Amazing staff, nurses, and estheticians. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is beautiful and clean. I went to see Jen for my first lip filler, and my lips look beautiful and natural. Highly recommend anyone to go to Illume Aesthetics! :)
