Delicious Thai food, especially after a day at Flaming gorge. Right on the way home from the gorge. Really good drunken noodles. Pad Thai is great. The spice level is very good when you ask for Thai hot. Just be careful, if you don't like it hot, don't ask for Thai hot. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. You will not regret it .

We stopped here on they way to Seattle. I had Pad Thai, and it was awesome! We do recommend this place. I am not an expert but my wife is half Thai and said this was authentic! Great job!

This is the best Thai food I have had outside of Thailand. Everything that we had was amazing. It is hard to believe that this is a food truck... But seriously I would move here for this food.

The food was excellent, the portions generous and the plating beautiful. The residents of Vernal (and those that pass through/visit 🙂) are very lucky to have this Food Truck here. We eat Thai food a few times a week in big cities and were so impressed! The roti and spring rolls (not pictured) were also yummy!

If you like Thai food this is THE place to go in Vernal Utah. Everything here is great and the best part is their pho. Anytime we get somewhat sick we get it and it is so nice and spicy it just flushes our system perfectly. They are easy to find and they have created a really nice peaceful ambiance surrounding their restaurant as well. 10/10

Can't recommend them enough! The food is delicious, and the spice level was perfect. The water fountain and music add to the beauty without being overwhelming. I'm so glad I saw the sign and stopped on my way through town. The picture is the cashew nut stir fry.

While staying at dinosaur monument, my wife and I biked to vernal. Looking for a lunch spot on a sunny day we found this place. Terrific food! We had the drunken noodles and fried dumplings. Excellent! Note that there are no restrooms here. The visitor center 3/4 mile away has public restrooms.

Best Thai food cute little spot in Vernal, UT!! The owner and staffs are very generous and friendly, the spot is very nice with outdoor seats next to main road and food were amazing!!! I got real spicy Ground Pork Stir Fried Basil and Kauytiew Khua Kai Noodles, DELICIOUS!!! Oh don't forget to grab some Roti.. yummy dessert. Highly recommended. Will be back when we're in Vernal again.

Authentic Thai food. We ordered Pad Thai and pad see ew, both dishes are delicious. The quality of food really surprises me given it's kinda in the middle of nowhere. Plus a great outdoor dining vibe!

Great Thai food, my daughter had the Panang Curry and said it was excellent, I had the Thai Basil with chicken, very good and the fried egg was a great touch that I’d never had anywhere else. Curry puffs were also very good. Like most Thai places, spice is legit and not watered down, my 4 out of 5 brought tears to my eyes in a delicious way! Very friendly staff and owner was very sweet!

The best Thai food ever! The pad see ewe (I know I’m spelling it wrong) is my favorite and my husband loves the green curry. The owner is the sweetest man ever too! Go down and enjoy their beautiful outdoor seating area. Thank you for the amazing food!

Amazing Thai Food! Compares to, if not beats, some of our favorite spots in major cities. We got Tom Yum Soup with Shrimp and Thai Basil with Pork. Both full of flavor and fresh! Just the right level of spiciness for us and very hefty portion sizes. The prices are a little higher than your average food truck but comparable to a restaurant and well worth it, in my opinion. There is a picnic table in the parking lot and we were able to enjoy a beautiful spring day with our dog outside. Will be stopping here everything we come through Vernal!

For a moment we felt like we were back in Bangkok. The food here was incredible and easily the best we’ve had anywhere in America. We were just passing through and so glad we found this place. This is the only place we’ll ever eat anytime we come through Vernal. Thank you, Tom!

Thai Food is Excellent. It’s hard to find authentic food in small towns. This family has figured it out! The Drunken Noodles and the Pineapple Rice was our families favorite!

This food was delicious!! The cook really knows how to cook! The flavors were so well-balanced. I ordered the pad woon sen with chicken and it was my favorite take on that dish that I’ve ever had. The vegetables were fresh, the dish was savory and warm, full of flavor with the perfect spice level. I’m definitely coming back. I want to try the whole menu. I like how they’ve created an eating area in front of the truck with various picnic tables and chairs. I love eating outside! The tall trees, water feature, and wooden fence all created a cozy atmosphere even though it was right next to a busy road. Try this place. It was a lovely surprise.

Very friendly, family owned, and cozy Thai restaurant/food truck. Food here is freshly prepared and delish! They can make the curries and noodles as per any spice level you prefer. Must visit if you are in Vernal/Naples UT area.
