I came here on my birthday last year - it was such a treat. My partner and I shared some of the most amazing and interesting vegan dishes I've honestly ever had, especially at a non vegan restaurant. He also got some meat things that he said were good! The staff so kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming.

Been hearing about Lil Deb’s Oasis and was very excited to try out. Did not disappoint, love the atmosphere, people and concept. Menu is constantly changing, like daily and according to season as well. Just great.

Ok this place is amazing and I’m so sad it’s so far away from me. Lil Deb’s is a staple in Hudson, with a wacky menu but let me tell you, it WORKS. All of the flavors and ingredients marry together to make flavorful and beautiful dishes. The service is absolutely amazing, and it’s such a fun spot. The drinks were to die for. Honestly, we were so sad when the meal ended. Anytime I’m in Hudson I’m going back.

The food is delicious, and also feels nutritious and made with love. The staff is welcoming and diverse (it is truly an oasis). Cocktails are fun and intense, and the wine list is next level. Luckily I only live five minutes away, and I've come for date night, girls night, and to bring my children for family dinner. We always have a great time. Lil' Deb's, I love sharing a community with you.

Visited for dinner a Friday evening in late August. Had a very good meal here overall. Sat outside, in the garden area, which seemed much nicer compared to the outdoor seating on the street. Quite an eclectic and colourful menu. We tried a bunch of dishes and enjoyed them quite a bit. I was a little bummed to see a local beer from Suarez costs nearly $13 for a can but perhaps that’s just how it is these days. Service was efficient, workmanlike. It’s quite a popular venue so booking ahead seems necessary. We enjoyed our visit and would return.

We’ve been to Lil Deb’s several times before and always enjoyed the fun atmosphere, decor, and food, and our favorite server, Aris. We hadn’t been to Hudson in a while, so we were really looking forward to last night’s dinner. My fried fish was as delicious as ever, and my husband enjoyed his Caribbeanized dosa. But we were floored when the bill came…$45 for the fish. Though it was yummy, it came with zero sides, it was just on top of some kind of sprouts and a tiny bit of cilantro. And once the flesh is removed from the skeleton it’s only a very small amount of food. The dosa wasn’t much food either. We paid around $100 for the two dishes and one cocktail, and both of us left still hungry. Sadly, we probably won’t be back.

Just left Lil Debs and am so impressed with the place. We sat at the back bar looking directly into the open kitchen. As a chef I enjoy seeing other kitchens run, and let me say, this one hums. No one ever looked busy or flustered even though the place was packed on a Saturday night. Chef on expo was calm and cool. Whole staff was really chill and competent. We had 4 vegetarian dishes. Starting from the top the chicories salad was one of the best dishes I've had in a long time. The empanada was solid, the tempura kabocha was great, and the plato tropical was awesome. If you're in Hudson, NY, you have to try this place. It's honestly worth a trip just to try.

We had a most delicious meal here. Fried fish on watercress and basil, delicious greens in lime sauce and coconut rice. Plantains, amazing!

My favorite restaurant in Hudson! The vibes are amazing the food is fantastic and the menu changes regularly so its worth going back to again and again. I enjoy stopping in just for a cocktail as well!

I am so fortunate to live in the center of it all. lil Deb’s Oasis is truly that, an oasis. The atmosphere inside is amazing, fun, vibrant and full of life. The outdoor backyard seating is gorgeous in the spring and summer. Service is ALWAYS great. I have never eaten anything I did not like. The food is amazing, unique, and food sharing is encouraged. If you are not into the loud music, dark lit restaurant type vibe, than maybe this isn’t the place for you. But I love them!!

The atmosphere is a pop of color on a rainy day, the server was the exact right amount of interested in how much food we ordered (meaning they helped us order not too much but not not enough), and the quality of everything was superb! My only complaint was that I ate my leftover pickled jalapenos from the fried yuccas on the way home (they were that good) but forgot to wash my hands before I took my contacts out. So painful but so worth it. Will definitely be coming back.
