Front office staff was highly competent, pleasant and efficient. No wait at all, Dr Brown gave me the time I needed, I never felt rushed, he explained things very well. He’s very personable and seems to really know his stuff. An excellent experience in every way.

I am had urgent care visit for my spouse and then immediate next day for me to primary. Urgent care took longer time and gave medicines but primary care only test and no medicines. We both got same prescribed medicine, not even strength difference. I don't have complain about treatment but then for similar treatment they have sent me huge bill difference. I talked with accounts department for code reviews for both of us however, there is no change and now medstar accountant saying I have no option but to pay bill otherwise they will send it to collection department. To me this is fraudulent billing practice which I already told to my insurance company and they have taken notes of all details. I hope insurance takes it to their grievance department and track these type of future practices.

Had an 8am appointment with Dr. Brown and was seen by 8:04am. This office now has two self check-in kiosks and offers a scanning option to do the same on your phone. Process was easy. Workers were nice and helpful.

Searched after many attempts to connect with five different internists, MedStar Health is the best care for my health. Constant upper respiratory congestion, while seeking a physician, met Dr. Brown. He has great qualities, listening, observing and involved. Also, the receptionists are empathetic and caring for your medical needs.

I recently had a visit with Dr. Brown, and I have to say it was a very positive experience. The office was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I was seen promptly at my appointment time and did not have to wait long in the waiting room. I was very satisfied with my visit and would highly recommend Dr. Brown to others in need of medical care.

An outstanding practice. The intake staff is respectful and efficient. My physician, Dr. Desai is an excellent doctor. She cares to listen of any concerns I have, is responsive to questions, and takes time to know me as a patient. I’m glad I found a good Physcian for my medical checkups.

My primary physician Dr. Desai is awesome. But MedStar Ellicott City front office is not working upto mark. Specially, it is very difficult to get appointment with your doctor. Because of some unavoidable circumstances I have to postpone my annual visit, they gave me earliest available date after 6 months. Also, last two times when I called them for sick visits they told me that my primary physician is not available for a week. Both times I have to go to walk-in clinic. If I have primary physician then I would like to visit him/her during my sickness and not a different doctor every time. This kind of schedule, at least for sick visits, is not acceptable.

Dr. Brown was absolutely great. He explained my condition and provided detail on preventive measures that i should take to maintain improve my health. He went beyond the time frame to make sure that i understtod my medical issues. He was GREAT!!!! Al Cooper

The customer service staff was professional, the environment was clean, and there were new sign-in machines available, making the process more convenient for me because I guess the clinic is going paperless now. The wait time to see the doctor was minimal, and the staff who took my vital signs and administered my flu shot was professional and skilled, ensuring a painless experience. The lab staff also demonstrated professionalism by efficiently locating veins for blood draw. Lastly, I had a great experience with Dr. Desai, who was attentive, patient, and thorough in gathering information. Overall, I had a positive and helpful experience at the MedStar Clinic.

Always have a wonderful experience at this particular MedStar location. This time however the receptionists at the front desk were not on their A game. Usually they are but all three of them were on the phone through no fault of their own but I waited patiently for them to finish and at the very least to pause long enough to alert the nurse and my doctor know I was in the waiting room. Sadly they did not. It took the nurse to ask them If I had arrived. My doctor and nurse suspected something was off and I of course let them know what the hold-up was and the parties responsible. The receptionist are the reason I am deducting a star for this visit. Better luck next time.

Dr. Potti is awesome. She is very thorough and she listens. A++. She takes the time to make sure that all of your concerns are addressed. It was my first visit to Dr. Potti and I wish I would’ve had her as my PCP years ago. I highly recommend her. The staff was also very pleasant, efficient, and organized.

In my opinion the intake procedure needs improvement. Much of the information is already on your record. While I was in the lobby waiting to seen, there was a backup to use the machines. Hopefully, there will be some improvements in future. My appointment with Dr. K was great, he was very attentive to my health concerns. Appointment, great. Intake not so much. Dr John Brown is a caring doctor who does not rush the visit but allows patient to share concerns and follows up with appropriate questions. Office staff have been pleasant and professional as well in making follow up appointments, etc.

Dr. Kolodrubetz and staff are absolutely amazing! I am so glad he is my doctor. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely caring. The staff is both caring and professional as well. I am happy to be part of MedStar!
