Recently spent a fabulous weekend at Stonehouse Cellars. The entire house is upscale yet relaxing and comfortable. The accommodations were sophisticated and luxurious. The rooms and bathrooms are good size w excellent amenities. Whether you want to relax on the patio and enjoy the view, BBQ, enjoy the fire pit, relax in the roomy and comfy family room, visit the llamas and sheep, stroll through the vineyard, cook in the kitchen (which is a chefs dream), this is a great place to go on your own, with family, or a fun weekend with friends. Thank you Greg, Jake, Daniel, Mike and Dena for making our stay so wonderful.

My family recently enjoyed a weekend at Stonehouse Cellars. We really appreciated the warm welcome, the amazing reds, the charm of the old Stonehouse, and the exciting design elements of the new structure. And the countryside is beautiful – sweeping vistas, cloudless skies, a warm earthy smell and QUIET. Glitzy it’s not. Fun and gracious it is. My favorite piece is the inside stairway in the new building – a gleaming open steel structure that feels good to your hand and nourishes your eyes. Another of my favorites is the outdoor bench, a rustic wooden slab with delicate wrought iron braces that look like bunches of grapes hiding underneath. Very special in an understated way. We initially came here this weekend for a private event at Stonehouse, we loved the winery so much we decided to stop by again the next day for a tasting with Roberto. A wonderful winery with beautiful views of spring valley, truly a wonderful experience.

We stumbled upon this amazing winery on our last day visiting the area. We did not make a reservation but they gladly welcomed us for a tasting. Roberto was an excellent host. He was very informative of the wines available for tasting and even accommodated to some of our wine preferences. The grounds were quaint and welcoming. The entire experience was comfortable and easy. They also have lodging available which I look forward to planning a trip back to stay.

My husband and I and our little schnauzer Ruby had the best time at Stonehouse cottage. The house is so cute and has so much character. The king size bed was great and I loved the soft robes and towels they provided! I loved having breakfast made to order every morning, such a treat. Brittany and the other staff were very accommodating and Brittany is a wonderful chef! We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back because we totally fell in love with the area of Clear Lake Oaks, the vineyards and awesome wineries. Great place to relax with your family and pets. You need 3 nights at least!

Two of my friends and I went to Stonehouse Cellars for the 1st time a week ago. We were pleasantly surprised to find this little gem off the beaten path outside of Clearlake, CA. Roberto our sommelier was very nice, he explained each tasting, answered our questions and told us about the BnB on the property. They have a good variety of wines. We bought a glass of wine after tastings and had a picnic lunch (which we brought) on the shaded back patio.

We randomly came across this beautiful place driving from Lake Tahoe to the Redwoods. Bought a great cab after sampling several. Beautiful place to visit and taste great wine in such a well done and high end building.

A wonderful place to stay and hangout! this location and operations are truly an Oasis for Lake County! We had a wonderful time Tasting their beautiful wines and enjoying their B&B properties!

Had an amazing afternoon at Stonehouse. We walked in on a Saturday afternoon, and they welcomed and accommodated us! From the engaging and knowledgable hosts to the amazing reds we tried, it was a fantastic experience. We plan to come back if ever remotely near the area again! Highly recommend.

This is the best wine experience I have had this far and bonus was a loving cat that stole my heart away... ❤️❤️ Would highly highly recommend. Do call early and ask them for food as they have to prep early on. So cool and Britney was so good and polite and she provided us with so much information. ❤️❤️❤️

We live in Lake County and try to explore the local wineries when we a weekend off together. We visited Stonehouse Cellars on a windy but breezy Sunday afternoon in July. Stonehouse is on a long, winding, drive off the main road, which was perfect because we like being away from crowds when we go tasting. We were warmly greeted by Brittany, who I later learned was the chef. Roberto then led us through some splendid tastings of both reds and whites with interesting explanations of the wines, their interesting names, and lots of discussion of the terroir. He has a relaxed, friendly approach to wine tasting backed up a great fund of knowledge. The inside setting is cozy, with panoramic views of the vineyards and gardens. The presence of a Tesla charging station was a draw for us as well. We left with a few bottles of our favorites. We will definitely be back!
