All I can say is that the care that my mom received at this facility was simply the best! They treated her well and gave her the rehab she needed. When mom was not well due to a blockage in her intestine, they were prompt to get my mom to the ER and call us to let us know what was happening. Pablo Pillado and his staff are knowledgeable in what it entails to care for a patient with dementia/Alzheimer's (my mom). I recommend this facility to any family who has someone who needs excellent care.

Went to visit a long time friend and neighbor who's there for rehab. Everyone was friendly, helpful and had a smile on their face.

Everyone is doing a tremendous job taking care of the patients at this facility. Our parents enjoy and appreciate all the attention that they get there. We feel confident and extremely satisfied in our decision in entrusting Gulf Shores staff with the care of our mom and dad. All of you are greatly appreciated, and thank you for all you do.

Friendly environment , clean and shiny floors above all excellent quality of care …..

Before my grandma had passed she was staying in this facility. I remember all the lovely memories she’d tell me about her stay. She’d draw and do activities. I would sit and watch TV with her in the lobby. She would even tell me how the nurses would listen when she’d tell them stories about her grandchildren. The nurses are very sweet. I’m glad she had a great time while she was there.

Very clean facility which is very important for our immune compromised family currently there. I love that they collaborate with the schools to allow students to visit and keep their spirits high. Some families aren't able to visit as much and when the community gets involved it makes for a great positive climate for all. The caregivers at Gulf Shores Rehab seem to truly enjoy their jobs and the atmosphere is always positive when we visit.

We could not have found a better place for my parents. The staff is friendly and very helpful. And they answer our questions when we call them on the phone. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Priscilla DeLaCruz is knowledgeable of her position and the resident's needs. It is a pleasure to see her passion in advocating for the residents. Erica Buremoh is such a great assistance and pleasant.

Great environment for your loved ones. They have an amazing staff, They work together as a team to provide the best care needs to their patients. They also have fun activities & give them the best holiday parties to provide them comfort and make them feel like they are at home.

Had a good time visiting with my Dad. Olga is the best really takes great care of all the patients! Highly recommend Gulf shores to everyone. I hope I end up here 👌
