A very huge selection of seasonings, flavored cooking oils and vinegars. Huge selection of fresh coffee beans that they will grind for you. Very friendly atmosphere and customer service is great!

Heard about this place through my pork supplier, Basswood Creek Farm, as this is one of their pickup locations. Decided to see what it was all about since I was out of coffee at home. Delightful little store, family owned and run. I want to come back to enjoy a cup of coffee and sit for a while one morning. Many of my favorite things here: kitchen items (like Lodge cast iron), spices, teas, quality olive oil... And taste testing! Always fun. I was a little confused about parking as there are no signs indicating I am in the right place, but Google did not lead me astray.

Lovely experience at Gilmore's. Very friendly and helpful. Chock full o' stuff! Chock full o' coffee!. They have ground and whole beans. They grounds some whole beans for me on the spot! They have some unique special blends not found anywhere else on Earth! Bought a pound of " Midnight in G-Town " blend. Had some this morning, 5-13-2023. Excellent! I look forward to more tomorrow! Highly recommend. If you are reading this, then you need to go check out Gimore's!

Wow this place is a hidden gem. A charming little store front and coffee roaster. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. All the coffee was fresh and is roasted weekly. A great place for a date or to bring a book and enjoy some delicious coffee. Needless to say I will definitely be coming back. 6/5 stars 👍👍

I love the southern charm. Must haves are the baked goods, the infused olive oils, and vinegars on display... The staff is extremely friendly, and the coffee beans are amazing.. Great place to relax over coffee or conversation.. I could go on and on, but you must try it for yourself...

A lovely find. Great coffee and teas - great selection of gift and home items. An old-timey comfy vibe! I wish it had larger signage so it is more visible when driving by. Thank you, Rachel for bringing this gem to Gastonia!! Give it a go - you won’t regret!!!

Legit the best coffee spot and at a great price, the workers are so kind and interactive with the customers, it’s as if you were family. I will definitely be coming back along with my friends!

What a fun and unexpected gem in downtown Gastonia. Freshly roasted coffee beans, yummy espresso drinks, lots of curated gifts for purchase. Plus friendly hosts with a great back story. Parking down the side of the building.

Love stopping in for coffee during my lunch break. Really great finds in the store, and super friendly staff! Lots of unique gifts too. My only reccomendation would be improving the signage, maybe with a perpendicular wall sign on the front. So more people can see y'all driving down Franklin instead of after they pass.

GILMORE’S MERCANTILE GREAT Coffee shop and store. Great couple who own and run the place. Don’t miss this place. The shop front is ON Franklin Blvd. Our GPS went kind of stupid when trying to find them. If you are heading WEST in Gastonia, Wilkinson Blvd, (or Hwy 74, or. Andrew Jackson Hwy) turns into Franklin Blvd., (THE) Boulevard. AFTER you cross over the railroad tracks. Gilmore’s is just a bit further on the Left. Look for the banners on the sidewalk in an older brick building on the left. Parking is between 2 buildings, slopes downhill and kind of a squeeze. You can probably park in a lot at the bottom of the hill. Ignore the names on the building…previous owners of the building. The name plaques are there to honor them and for ambiance. They roast their coffee In-House. Many choices in coffee. I like their Americano (their secret blend). They also have some infused olive-oils. We haven’t tried that yet. Also, there’s a lot of other neat items in the shop. I see a nice area for the kids to hang out in also. Check them out.

Awesome atmosphere and good coffee at good prices. Tons of sugar-free options, if that's important to you. Also, there's WAY more to buy here than just coffee! Check it out!

Nice home decor, loose leaf tea and coffee shop in downtown Gastonia. The staff is friendly and the coffee is affordable and good. They have many flavor options to choose from for a latte and a small selection of pastries. The baristas were very friendly and sweet!
