I was referred to your Urgent Care by a friend who had a great experience with her emergency! Your clinic was the best experience I have ever experienced with an emergency! I cut my forehead open and your staff responded by being calm, professional and fast. They made me feel like I was the only person there who needed to be treated. Dr Ellis is without a doubt a stellar Doctor!! He took great care of me right away and gave me detailed instruction on what to expect and follow up! I chose to come here after reading a bunch of reviews of urgent cares around the area (most of them not so stellar). This one had 5 star ratings and I’m so glad I came here! Everyone was friendly and caring from the receptionists, to the nurse, to the doctor! Registration took less than 10 minutes and I was in and out within an hour (including a 15 min drive both ways!!!) All my concerns and symptoms were addressed in a timely and efficient manner. The staff seemed to genuinely like their jobs and seemed happy to be there. It was a breath of fresh air after experiencing lots of ER waits with my baby who started daycare and has been sick every week since. I will definitely be coming back here for myself and my baby in the future!!!

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, from the front desk to the nurses, a very positive atmosphere. Very short wait. Very clean, new office, in a very nice part of suburban Sacramento. Doctor was professional and helpful, great interaction with the patient. Highly recommend this office in Granite Bay. This place is the opposite of what most of us think of when we hear “urgent care”.

This is perhaps the best urgent care experience I have ever had. Santiago, the Medical Assistant, and Dr. Ellis could tell I was ashamed about the reason for my visit, but they made me feel so comfortable and at home. They never ever judged me, and they reassured me everything would be ok. They were quick, professional, courteous, and incredibly friendly, memorable, and funny. Most importantly, they made me feel cared for and about as well as safe and reassured. Their location is so nice and accessible, and they keep it looking clean and professional. The process was so very quick. I loved my visit!

Great experience from everyone who took care of my mom today. She was visiting from abroad and came down with a bad cold. The doctor, assistants and reception employees were caring and professional. She was very impressed and happy with the care she received. Highly recommend.

The service was welcoming. Both parties inside the desk was very kind and polite you were instantly greeted with smiles. The Doctor that attended to me was also polite and kind and make me feel relaxed I do recommend this location you won’t feel anxious or bore.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this urgent care. I take my kids here, and both me and my husband come here as well. The staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean. The providers are so kind and I never feel rushed during my visits. Thanks for the continuous great care!

This was my first time going to Granite Bay Urgent Care and it will not be my last time. The facility is clean and orderly. The receptionist at the front desk was courteous and attentive. The wait was not long at all. My experience with the nurse practitioner was excellent. She listened attentively to my description of my ailment and she made a determination as to the cause and a solution as well. My overall experience was excellent. I will definitely come back and will refer others to this fine clinic.

My whole family has used the urgent care services here. They are friendly, caring, and really listen to what is going on. The doctor even followed up with a call and messages later in the day to make sure we were able to get the correct medication my mom needed. Tests were done on-site and 15 minutes later I was talking to the doctor about the results. Clean facility and really friendly caring staff. Highly recommend this amazing group of professionals!

I love Granite Bay urgent care. The staff are always welcoming and I never have to wait to be seen. They go over and above to make me feel good. Today was no different, I was treated with respect and tenderness. I had x-rays and was given an ankle brace. I can at least walk now.

I’ve been to urgent cares before but this one surpasses all of them. Appearance wise, it was very nice and not run down and grungy like most others. The staff is very nice and sweet. Dr. Logan was amazing as well. When I go to my own doctor, I never leave feeling like I was taken care of and left without an idea of how to get better. Dr. Logan made sure I left feeling like I would start to feel better with what he prescribed. No one likes going to the doctor and being sick but my experience was truly great. Speedy to get in and out as well. Not waiting for hours how you would at Kaiser emergency or urgent care. Highly recommend them!

Our visit was positive in every way. The receptionist was competent, friendly and helpful. We were seen right away. Matt was patient and compassionate with my 91 year old mother and knew how to diffuse her worry and concern and reassure her that she was ok. He was thorough and professional. I would definitely return here for care.
